Great House, Great Location!
This was our second year renting this property, and it again provided an excellent beach vacation experience for our family. The unit is very well maintained, clean, well constructed, and perfectly located near a great beach, Viking Village, market, and restaurants. The owners are terrific -- friendly, caring and attentive. I would stay there again, and would recommend it to friends.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home!
Our family of 5 including 3 older children had a very nice time in this home. While not large or extravagent, it was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. There was very little if any noise from the road or downstairs unit. The outside porch was roomy and provided a nice spot to watch sunsets. The beach was very close as were a food market, coffee shop, two nice restaurants and fresh seafood market. The owners were very friendly and communicative. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Beach Vacation
This property and location were perfect for a wonderful, relaxing beach vacation. The property was very clean and comfortable and the owners provided a warm welcome for us. The deck and back yard were highlights for us. The deck was large and well maintained and we spent a good portion of our time outside enjoying the fresh ocean air. The back area is setup as a nice eating area with fun decor and comfortable seating sections with bbq grills. The outdoor showers were also clean and perfect for coming right off the beach and showering off. The beach block is quiet and nicely landscaped with trees and feels secluded; there is also a boardwalk from the street to the beach through dunes and tall trees. This property is beautifully landscaped, well lit for dark nights and very well maintained. Inside there was everything you needed from TV and WIFI to cooking and BBQ utensils. The location on the beach side of the main road was also only a short walk to the bay side Viking Village - which was an added plus. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were very nice.
