Description

Upon arriving you will find off street parking for three cars in the driveway. Entering the front door to the ground floor, there is a ping pong table, big screen tv w/Xbox, refrigerator w/icemaker,small stereo, and access to the garage and back yard. The backyard has patio furniture with table seating for 12, additional seating for relaxation, a natural gas grill and a propane fire table. The Outdoor shower is located on the back of the house with a clothes line for all your towels and bathing suits. The fire table is great at night for making smores,hot dogs or just sitting around and relaxing with a drink. The backyard is totally fenced in. The garage has 6 beach chairs, beach buggy, 2 umbrellas, boogie boards,skim board, 3 adult bikes, 3 children bikes, crab pots and fishing poles.
The first floor has four bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed with tv and a small deck with seating for two. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a tv. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double over a single. The washer and dryer is also in this bedroom along with a tv. The fourth bedroom is a small bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom has a tiled shower.
The second floor has the 5th bedroom with a full bed. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub/shower. The Dinning room table seats six and breakfast nook table also seats six.The living room has a smart tv with cable. Open the sliding glass doors to the deck with a table and four folding director chairs.

Located next to the Flamingo miniature golf course your kids will want to play every night and you may see some celebrity sightings. Woodies is across the street with the best burgers and shakes on long beach island. Jaysons Pancake House is just across Long Beach Blvd. for a great breakfast, but get there early or you"ll have to wait. The
Local Market and Kitchen has great food and coffee and is just around the corner.
The Island shuttle stops right at the front door so you can jump right on and see the island for a small fee. Just walk to local eateries, gift shops, 7 eleven, Wawa, ice cream shops and arcade. There is a playground and large field a block away down the street. There are also 2 close bay beaches for the little ones on 14th st in Ship Bottom which is a nice alternative to the ocean with warmer and calmer waters.This can make for a great introduction to "salt water lifestyle" for young children and toddlers.Beach badges are required for bay beaches for 12 and older
