This is a private oceanfront house with fabulous views. It's a new home completed in May, 2018. Located in the best walking neighborhood on LBI in north Surf City. Park your car for the week and enjoy the beach, restaurants and shopping on foot.
Six bedrooms plus a new sofa bed, three outdoor decks plus a roof deck, a huge dining room + kitchen that can seat 18 people together for meals, and much, much more.
House has flat screen TV’s throughout, high speed Internet and a new hot tub on the lower deck (cleaned / sanitized weekly).
Outdoor tables with chairs and chaise lounges, boogie & skim boards, umbrella and beach chairs. Six beach badges provided. New natural gas Weber BBQ.
Gourmet Wolf / Sub Zero kitchen and all new appliances. Kitchen has new pots, dishes and utensils - everything you'll need for great meals for the entire vacation. Includes a 4-stop elevator, garage with two parking spots plus additional off street parking in the driveway for two more cars.
Brand new furniture and beds throughout the house. Pillows, comforters / blankets are provided, you bring your sheets, pillowcases and towels. Linen service for the beds is available for an additional fee. Two washer / dryer stacks, central air and heat.
Non-smoking home. No pets permitted. No weddings or large parties.
Weekly (7 day) summer rentals from June till September. Check in time 2:00pm on Saturday and check out time 11:00am the following Saturday. House is cleaned each week during the Saturday turnover (no extra fee) and renters are expected to leave the house in the same condition as when they arrived. Excess cleaning and missing beach badges will be deducted from the security deposit. Smoking, pets, weddings / large parties will result in immediate cancellation of rental agreement and loss of the full security deposit.
This oceanfront house with great decks overlooks the dunes, the beach and the bay. Watch beautiful sunsets from the roof deck. With an easy walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors, mini-golf, coffee, bakery, pizza, deli, grocery, sports bar and more, you are sure to have a memorable Jersey shore vacation.
