Description
Welcome to our Beach House, conveniently located five blocks south of the causeway (Rte. 72), making for easy access on and off the Island. Our home is a short two block walk to the beautiful ocean beach on a street with a traffic light to cross the Boulevard. The guarded bay beach is also an easy two block walk located next to the Arlington Beach playground. Restrooms and showers are provided at the bay beach as well as a covered pavilion, where you can view the most beautiful sunsets.
We are in walking distance to CVS, Wawa, Country Corner Market, mini golf, ice cream parlors, bars, restaurants and more. Feel free to download the LBI shuttle APP for information on the free LBI shuttle, which runs from one end of the Island to the other.
Our home was built in 2015 and offers 2100 sq. ft. of living space. There are three levels to the house. The ground level which permits access to the house, opens up to an outdoor patio and is perfect to store your bicycles, surf boards, stand up paddle boards and beach equipment.
The first floor has two large bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub and an open floor plan which includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and a living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and an island for additional seating. The spacious living room includes a full couch, love seat and chair all which are recliners along with a gas fireplace and a wall mounted smart TV.
The second floor has two large bedrooms, a full bathroom with a glassed enclosed shower, laundry room, and a family room which includes a couch and a TV.
The covered front deck is perfect for enjoying you morning coffee and people watching. The rear deck allows for the afternoon cocktails and snacks when returning from the beach without the glare of the sun. The patio allows for outside evening dinning or simply to relax with your family members or guests to engage in pleasant conversations.
Amenities – Our home has central air and a ceiling fan in all the rooms excluding the kitchen. There is an additional smart TV located in the master bedroom. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and ample room to store all beach towels. There is an outside clothesline to hang all the wet/ sandy beach towels. An oversized outdoor shower which allows you to dress. There is onsite parking for two vehicles and parking is permitted on the road.
For your convenience we have supplied six beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach buggy, and eight beach badges (the badges require a deposit which is refundable). Linens, towels, or beach towels are not provided. You are welcome to bring your own or rent from www. LBIDreammakers.com or call (908)-731-1174.
We welcome all responsible families to rent with a minimum age of 28. Please keep in mind this not to be a party house. This is our home.
