This charming Cape Cod home is perfect for your family vacation! Our home is lovingly cared for and decorated in soothing beach colors. It features a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and breakfast bar. The separate dining area overlooks a inviting living room complete with fireplace. The first floor bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and first floor bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Upstairs you will find a very spacious dormer with room for everyone. Bedroom #3 has one full size bed and two twin beds. First and second floors have one full bath and there is also an outside shower. Sit out on our upstairs deck and overlook our backyard. It's fully fenced in and surrounded by mature trees making it a private oasis. Or cozy up with a book on our first floor enclosed porch and listen to the sounds of the ocean. Feel like a cool drink? You don't have to look any further than our authentic Key West inspired Tiki Bar where it's "five-o'clock" all the time!
The Pink Cottage is steps away from the ocean with a lifeguard station on the beach. This is one of the nicest areas in Beach Haven. Fantasy Island Amusement Park is a few minutes walk away. With its huge water slide, games, ice cream stores and brightly lit Ferris wheel your little ones will be enthralled.
Once you are "home", no need for a car. Walk to shops and restaurants. Or visit the Surflight Theater and enjoy Broadway productions. After the the theater stop in Show Place Ice Cream Parlor and be served by singing wait staff...an Island tradition.

CANCELLATIONS - If the prospective renter would like to cancel their reservation before their check-in date they must do so in writing. The owner will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked renter will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Perfect home
We have been staying in Taylor Ave for the last 7 years. This was our first time staying at the pink cottage. The place was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach and fantasy island. We were able to walk to everything. My kids didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Family Vacation
My family loved our week at The Pink Cottage! I've been visiting LBI since the 1980s when I was a kid. We always enjoyed renting the classic beach cottages on the island. Unfortunately, those warm and inviting homes are being replaced by over-sized McMansions. That's why we were so lucky to find The Pink Cottage. It's just the right size for a family of five with a couple guests and one sleepy dog. The upstairs sleeping area is great for young kids to have a vacation sleepover, but older kids can use the curtain divider to create two semi-private rooms. The beach is a block away, but we also caught rays on the second-floor balcony. We rented during the week of the Fourth of July, so our family got to enjoy the fireworks from the privacy and comfort of the super-fun backyard tiki bar. The location is perfect, because it's far enough away for peace and quiet at night but still only a short walk to Fantasy Island, the water park, shops, minigolf, restaurants, bars, and, of course, the dog-friendly bay for our furry child. Don't spend a fortune on a McMansion! Do LBI the way it's meant to be!

Wonderful Family Vacation
My family stayed at The Pink Cottage back in July and we had the most wonderful time. The cottage had everything we could possibly need. We felt right at home. The owners are super nice and patient and answered all of our questions, even the obvious ones. There was a folder filled with restaurant menus and a list of everything we needed to know from garbage pick up to WiFi info on the refrigerator. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room the 3 of us plus a dog. This house can definitely accommodate larger families as well. The fenced in backyard was perfect for grilling and hanging out and we knew our dog would be safe while outside. It's also close to the dog beach! Speaking of location, it's perfect! You are in the center of everything Beach Haven! We only used our car twice when we decided to take a ride to either end of the island. Other than that, we walked everywhere. We will definitely be renting the Pink Cottage again!

Great LBI Vacation!
Great vacation house for our family of 5 and dog. House was clean and had plenty of space. Location was great! Close to the beach, and walking distance to amusement park, restaurants, and shops. The owner was pleasant and very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend The Pink Cottage for a fun family vacation!

AMAZING VACATION RENTAL!
We have been staying in LBI for more than 20 years. We love the island, and all that it has to offer adults, young adults, and families. We used to rent the same home for years but it was sold two years ago. This year we rented the Pink Cottage on Taylor Avenue and were extremely happy. The lovely cottage was clean, in a great location, had a washer/dryer, fenced in backyard, allowed a dog, provided ample outdoor seating/dining, gas grill, charcoal grill, and a tiki bar. I highly recommend this home and the owners are very responsive and thoughtful.

loved the pink cottage
Just got back from our stay at 116 Taylor Ave, pink cottage. We had a fabulous time. House was very comfortable for my daughter and her family,myself and my husband. Location is perfect, by the beach,restaurants and shops. We felt very at home at the house. Plan on a return stay for 2021. Owner Diana Rogers couldn't be nicer. Love LBI.

Fun Times on LBI!
We had a great time staying at the Pink Cottage! It was actually way bigger than we expected. The mattresses and pillows all appeared new or almost new. We loved the outdoor shower (very clean) and big backyard. The location doesn't get better than this... very close to the beach and very close to Fantasy Island and shops and restaurants! My family and I had a great time here!

Great Location & Charming “Cottage”
Our first visit to LBI and our family of 4 had a fabulous time renting the Pink Cottage during the 4th of July week. We found the home to be immaculate and super charming. The cottage was perfectly situated to the beach, as well as the “dog beach”, fantasy island, restaurants and tons of shops. We parked our car and did not move it for the entire week. The owners were really easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We are already talking about renting this home again next year!

Perfect Vacation
Loved this house. Close to all. Plenty of room for my family of 4 (2 adult children) and dog and any additional friends who stop by.
House and yard were clean and had everything we needed.
