This 2,000sq foot home was built in 2013. The house is 9 houses from the beach. Once your arrive, you will not have to drive! You are able to walk to all amenities Beach Haven Terrace has to offer. (Food, nightlife, ice cream, etc.)
The main floor is comprised of a living area with an open floor plan design and a powder room to accommodate all guests. The spacious kitchen has brand new LG stainless steel appliances and Keurig coffee maker. The dining area is an extension of the kitchen and seats up to 8. From the dining area, you can walk through the french doors to the covered front deck to enjoy the morning sun or afternoon/evening shade. The upstairs has a master suite with its own flat screen TV and full bath with double vanity. The remaining 3 bedrooms and full bath are also on the second floor. Upstairs is where you will find the front load washer and dryer for your convenience.
The house has a 2 zone central air conditioning system for each floor. It has a cambridge paved driveway with off street parking for 4 cars. House comes with outside shower, 4 beach badges (kids 12 and under do not need badges). Backyard has cambridge paving stones and lighting, patio furniture, Weber gas grill, privacy fencing and natural shade from holly trees.

Very clean and tastefully decorated with beachy artwork. Smart layout with entertaining on one level and all bedrooms on another. Great furniture on the deck with a nice shaded eating area in the rear. Close to beach and we enjoyed watching people run and ride there bikes from the front deck. Owners were friendly and responsive. Would definitely rent this place again!

What a beautiful, spacious and modern home to spend our week in LBI! We comfortably fit 6 adults and 2 children and will definitely return next summer. It was very convenient to go back & forth to the beach, as we did many times a day with a 3 & 6 yr old!! Another PLUS, is the WaWa located right around the corner on the boulevard and several restaurants in walking distance. Lastly, let's not forget about the FREE LBI shuttle bus we caught on the boulevard to access everything LBI has to offer.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. Perfect accommodations, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and dining area. The backyard was perfect for bbq's and after beach relaxation. The location is within walking distance to many attractions as well. We booked for next year!
