This beautiful vacation home is the perfect retreat for families, couples or groups of friends looking to unwind and relax. The house features 6 comfortable bedrooms with high quality linens and all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The deck itself is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind with plenty of seating options to choose from whether you prefer to lounge in a chair or gather with friends around a dining table, our roof top deck has everything you need to make your experience truly unforgettable. There are plenty of fun areas outside for kids to play and be entertained for hours! If you are looking for a peaceful get away that is emersed in natural beauty our beach house offers you days lounging on the sand, swimming in the ocean or exploring the local area.

Policies
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
Although the house is Oceanfront we are set well back from the water's edge. To get there it takes about a 6-8 minute walk through a gorgeous maritime forest on a boarded path and over the natural dunes. (beach wagons and carts provided)

Best LBI Stay Ever
Our family has been coming to the island for over 50 years. The two weeks we spent at this rental were voted by the whole crew as the best LBI vacation ever. The location, size and feel of this house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. The seclusion and quiet of this property made us feel sometimes like we were the only folks around. Each family unit got their own private floor, with plenty of room. The private path to the beach walkway was a bonus. Ultimately, the rooftop deck makes this property. The views of the ocean, inlet and lighthouse can't be beat. We all felt it was worth the price.

Idyllic start to the summer
There is no place on LBI that we love better than Barnegat Light. This home is perfect for a large group. The weather was a bit cooler so we had to figure out the best places to be but there was plenty of room to figure out personal preferences. The view from this house cannot be equaled. The wildlife from the decks was just amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for this very nice rental

Family beachfront home next to the Maritime Forest
Our extended family of seven adults and two young children loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront house in Barnegat Light, Long Beach Island, NJ. The home features three decks with stunning views, including a top deck overlooking the bay and lighthouse. The shaded second-floor deck and spacious dining room with a large table were perfect for family meals. The baby gate was essential for our 1.5-year-old. The beds were comfortable, and the shades worked well. Host Heather was communicative and helpful. We enjoyed the beach bikes, helmets, boogie boards, and beach buggy carriers that were provided. We would return for another family vacation.

The house is lovely, with the “forest” between you and the ocean, a quiet retreat with all the amenities you could need. From a fully tooled kitchen to a rooftop view to die for, to every beach item imaginable you will be hard pressed to find anything missing. There’s plenty of room between all three levels, the rooftop deck and two additional decks facing the ocean. I’ve never been near beautiful woods and the ocean at the same time. Sitting on the deck with coffee and listening to the birds is a special treat. We will be back to this property again!

Great Seaside Place in the Maritime Forest
This large beautiful home was the site of a great vacation for my whole family. The house offered space and beauty for all, including the young teens. Three decks, including a roof deck offered views all around the landscape, from dawn to sunset we were interested. The house offered all the beach equipment you could want, along with beach wagons to get them to the beach. Although a six minute walk, the wooden walkway made it easy to be on the shore. We all loved the Great Room where we cooked, ate and relaxed.
My wife and I, birders both, enjoyed the forest location. We could bird from the house, in fact, identified 31 species on one morning.

Great house for 3 generations!
We had a lovely time at this home with our kids and grandkids in August; four couples and three children in all. Having two new babies in the group was wonderful, and the layout of the house made it easy for folks to be undisturbed through the night.
While the walk to the beach is longer than many places on LBI, it's a sanctuary for plants and animals which we enjoyed along the way. Our resident fisherpeople did well in the surf, and provided some tasty, fresh dinners! This is their preferred fishing spot on LBI, so they were thrilled with the location. We went up to the roof deck most nights to watch the sunset over the bay.
We checked out many of the shops on walks and kept the ice cream shop in business!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare many delicious meals, and the extra frig in the garage gave us plenty of storage room.
A hidden gem was the VCR in the second floor common area! We got a bunch of our old tapes to enjoy again with the older grandchild.
Hope to get back to this great home as our family grows. It's a wonderful place to make great memories.

Perfect!
This home was absolutely perfect! The multiple floors made it really easy to all stay together as a family but still have privacy. The views to the beach and over the island are beautiful. It’s in a very quite, private location but still close to everything you need. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was enough space for everyone. There is a long walk out to the ocean but it’s worth the haul! The owners were great and very responsive. When there was a small problem during our stay they had someone out with in the hour to fix it. I highly recommend this home!
I am from NJ and vacationed on LBI when I was a kid. I was so nervous to bring my in laws to “the jersey Shore” but they were very impressed and said they would like to go back!

Great choice
The house was perfect for a week with the family plus uncles, cousins, girlfriends. We all had plenty of space and with the multiple levels in the house we could spread out and enjoy time in together in different ways-games in the living room, watching TV downstairs, napping on the lower level- all without being in the way of others. Bedroom and bathroom set ups worked perfectly- so much space. The best was the rooftop deck-evening meals up top with a perfect view and setting sun made for lingering over dinner and time to catch up. The kitchen was a bit small, but perfectly stocked with pans, dishes, and serving needs-great double oven and gas stove. Nestled in the dunes, the house was quiet and so very peaceful.

Barnegat Beauty
Terrific house next to the dunes of Barnegat Light. About a 5 minute walk (mostly on boardwalk) to the beach, with wonderful views of the dunes and ocean, and even the bay from the roof deck. Well stocked with beach supplies and everything you need for a great week on Long Beach Island. Walking distance to Viking Village and the lighthouse. Hosts were great at answering the few questions we had. The house was clean and quiet. Would definitely consider returning!
