To greet your friends and family the first Level of this home offers a welcoming Foyer w/glass doors & tiled floor. Continuing with this level is a Guest Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, double Bunk Room that sleeps 4, Single Bunk & Full Bed that sleeps 4. The Den has a pull out sofa. Completing this level is a full Bathroom with Tub /Shower and a glass door to the private Outdoor Shower.

Level Two provides Open Floor Plan for entertaining with Hardwood Floors & Cathedral Ceiling. For the inspiring chef the expansive Granite Kitchen offers a center island, cook top, oven, dishwasher, two sinks and refrigerator. The adjoining Breakfast area has a huge table that provides seating for 10. The Family Room has walls of windows bringing the natural sun light in, sliding glass doors to the Deck for Barbecuing and breathtaking Sunrise views! Off the Kitchen there is a sit up Granite Bar. A glass door to a Spiral Staircase to the Upper Deck, here you can sit and watch the Sunset. The Master Bedroom on Level two has a King size bed, two walls of windows and a full Bathroom with a stunning shower. LBI at its best!!

I can’t say enough nice things about this LBI experience, our families had such a blast all week! Firstly, one house away from one of the best beaches in LBI, quiet street with no public parking so it’s only residents that can access the beach. Residential street where all the kids play after a great day on the beach - Bring Scooters/Bikes!!!.The house was perfect, big open spacious common areas and lots of well put together bedrooms, plenty of room for two big families with lots of kids. After each day of beach fun (lots of activities do to on the beach and on the island) we would finish with a little roof deck sunset happy hour followed by a big family meal around the giant island with tabletop stove in the kitchen. Was such a blast that I am already looking forward to doing it again next year!

Perfection!

This house was amazing for us! The layout of having three master bedrooms on three separate floors made our stay exponentially better. The house is spacious and really had everything we needed. The quiet block for the kids to play on and the close proximity to the beach were incredible. Plenty of outdoor space to relax in and even though we lucked out with some tricky weather we all managed while we were in the house. Beautiful, easy home to stay in with super responsive and lovely homeowners to interact with. We'll definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Our family had a great vacation at LBI, at Pasty Soden's lovely house with plenty of space and sleeping for our group of 10. Kitchen was great and very well socked with everything you could need. Beach and views were great. We loved it!!!
