This beautiful mint condition condo established in 2007 and is only a few steps away from the sand. Our location is EXCELLENT. Several restaurants, ice cream parlors, fun activities (miniature golf, arcade) and shopping (CVS, 7-11, B & B Department Store, Ron Jon Surf Shop) are within a short walking distance.

Our condo is the top unit with a large deck and a picnic table. This smoke-free home has a nice island décor with a 40' flat screen HD television with premium cable hook-up (sports, kids’ channels, etc.), VCR, TVs in each bedroom, free wireless internet connection, central air, gas heat, washer/dryer, iron, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, 6 free beach badges, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, outside showers and 2 parking spaces. Perfect for a family with several young children.

Property is Also Available for long weekends in the Off Season.

About the owner: We live in North Jersey and love the the Jersey Shore, especially LBI. It is our home away from home.

My family has been vacationing on LBI since I was a child. I proposed to my wife on the beach bench that sits at the end of our block. When the unit came available, we had to buy it!

Our Favorite Spot

The secret is out - this condo is the best. Debbie and Joe have done a fantastic job with it. We've been renting here for many years and it just wouldn't be summer if we didn't rent this condo. It's home away from home but only steps from the beach. Everyone has a wonderful time doing all the things we love - biking, walking, ice cream, mini golf, shopping, the lighthouse, eating, relaxing over coffee, meeting up with friends, listening to the sea gulls and of course, getting a front row seat to the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. The other owners who live in the complex are extremely nice and we love that it is so quiet and peaceful.

So much better than a hotel

We were really amazed at how well equipped the condo was. The size and decor was better than expected and very relaxing. It was so clean and the owners had thought of everything. The location is great with the ocean only a few houses away. There were 2 off street parking spaces which was perfect.

If you're looking for a place to enjoy and relax this is it!

ship bottom is the best

love LBI love being so close to the beach ,owners are so nice, house is clean and so comfortable home away from home ENJOYED our stay the keyless entry is a blessing only wish it was on storage door too,
