Description
This spacious home has many features and new upgrades, including HVAC system, refrigerator, microwave, beveridge cooler and toilets. We provide 8 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas, beach cart and wagon, coolers, and boogie boards along with 8 beach badges. 6 bikes (4 adult & 2 kids') are included. The 1st floor has an open space floor plan with well-stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining area with seating for 8 and family room with 50 inch plasma HDTV with DVD player and sleep sofa & loveseat with Sunbrella fabric. We also have a game table with 4 seats and an island with 3 bar stools. Perfect for large / extended families or for 2 families to share. We provide plenty of plates, cookware, silverware & glasses in the kitchen and also include paper goods (paper towels, napkins, tissues & toilet paper). The fenced-in private patio (not shared with the other unit)has a Fortunoff table and umbrella that seats 6 and can expand to seat 10 plus 2 chaises, a hot tub with side table and 2 stools, a 4-burner grill new in 2023 and outdoor shower. 4 bedrooms with a master bath and a hall bath on the 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 with twin beds & the kids' room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) . New vinyl plank wood grain flooring on 2nd floor. Dual zone heating / cooling with ceiling fans throughout. There's wireless broadband internet and cable TV/DVD player in every bedroom. The beach is just 2 blocks away, and it's a short walk to Beach Haven attractions - great restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, water park, ice cream shops and Fantasy Island. Look no further!
Best stay. The house is clean and well-stocked. Outside of towels and bed linens, you are all set. When I say well-stocked, I mean it! They are equipped with a full spice racks and enough paper towels and napkins to last the week. The pots, pans and knives are in great condition. Everything was great and felt as easy as being home. The house was convenient to everything. Fantasy Island is about 10 blocks away. It was an easy walk or bike ride for our 5/6 year olds. The master bedroom is slightly noisy since it faces the big street- Long Beach Blvd. it doesn't bother us city folks but for some it may. The kids love the room with the bunk beds! 2-3 block walk to the beach- awesome supply of beach chairs, beach toys, body boards, everything! The owner, John is lovely and very responsive. Highly recommend it.

Something for Everyone
Great family vacation home! Couple blocks to beach, restaurants and family activities. Spotless clean, well maintained and loaded with extras to make your week easier and more comfortable. Supplies beach chairs, carts, coolers and games for the beach and house. Kitchen is very well stocked with lots of seating for a large family. Tiki bar on private large patio to relax with a cocktail after a day at the beach. Big thumbs up on this property !!!

Long Beach Island Rental
Dear John and Mary, We loved your place. It is hard to find a fault. It is so well equipped with every imaginable need. The gourmet kitchen and it all felt like home. I even marveled at all the little things in cleaning equipment in every bath room and kitchen, thinking ‘did I stock this place?” It was so easy to work in and use. Truly, there wasn’t one need and the garage, being so versatile for play at night or on a rainy day, the like-new beach equipment provided to the detail and for every age. The bikes were beautiful ( although we didn’t find time to use them, as it turned out). Washing machines and dryer were great and even the detergents and dryer sheets provided. We loved your Tiki Bar set up. Too bad we weren’t marooned there for months so we could read all those wonderful books in the bookcase!

A very well maintained and very thoughtfully appointed vacation rental
This is our fourth year staying at this rental and it really is a special place. Everything you might need is already here--from every utensil and convenience (beach chairs, umbrellas, wagons) you might think of to a ping pong table in the garage for those rare days when the weather doesn't cooperate. All you need to bring is yourself, sheets and towels. The owners are very responsive and caring and go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. It's just a few blocks from a newly rejuvenated and beautiful beach and a short walk to shops, amusement park, and restaurants. We have been coming to LBI for 30 years and we are so happy we discovered this rental because it's been the best experience we have ever had. We already booked again for next year!

All Inclusive Beach Rental!
We loved your place this year at the beach. The attention to detail with kitchen, bath and laundry supplies was very appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and serving pieces. Upstairs the bedrooms were nicely furnished . We have 6 adults , so the bunk beds weren't ideal for us. Suggestions for improvement? - new pillows for the bedrooms. They were rather flat. - a big cooking pot for corn or lobsters? - a few more rugs for the bathrooms and kitchens? We only made suggestions because you asked. Otherwise we loved your place and we'll be back next year!

LBI Rental
John, catching up on my replies. We honestly didn’t have any complaints. I do about 3 weeks of beach vacation home rentals a year at various spots and you and Mary really do a great job from start to finish. The biggest plus for us is all of the things you provide, and also that they are quality items, not the cheapest items you could find (like the expensive Tupperware—which is the only kind we use!). That makes it feel a lot more like everyone’s home. I think we’ll be repeat customers until a few more wives or children get added to the family. Please don’t change a thing for next year, thanks again -Anthony

A vacation rental with everything you need
This is an excellent place to relax and enjoy LBI. The owners have thought of everything. You won't need to drag a tone of stuff--sheets and towels and that's it. Paper goods, all possible beach supplies, kitchen pots, pans, etc. The owners are very responsive to suggestions, even replacing a sofa bed that last year was not as comfortable as our guests would have liked. The new sofa bed is awesome! The place is also super clean and in a perfect location to walk to Bay Village, restaurants, etc. It's a gem!

You're in luck - one week just became available!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home last August and had fully intended to be repeat renters this year. The house was perfect for our multigenerational family of 7. Due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to be on the island August 15 - 22 but we will be returning next summer. This beautiful home is equipped with everything you could possible need and more. The list of amenities is very accurate and it's more beautiful than even the photos. It is in an excellent location and the owners are very friendly; they obviously take great pride in their beach home. Normally this place is booked solid, but there is only our one week left for the 2015 summer. Someone is going to be very lucky to get it.

An extraordinary vacation venue!
We have stayed at many places on LBI--almost every year for the last 25 years. This was our second stay here and I have to say our best ever. The owners have thought of everything--there is virtually nothing to bring beyond sheets and towels. All the supplies are here, beach toys and equipment are here, and the townhouse is so well maintained it looks new. The house was spotlessly clean, it is close to Bay village but not too close that you get any noise, and of course only a few short blocks to a spotless beach. Even the beach tags are provided! The owners are open to suggestions, though it is hard to think of anything that could be improved. This place is a gem and I can't imagine anyone not being supremely satisfied with their experience. We have already booked for next summer!
