Live like a Local this summer at this updated raised ranch in the north end of Surf City. The laid back north end of Surf City is away from the crowds but yet still a short walk to everything that makes a LBI beach vacation memorable.
Great location gives you the option of walking to Bay Beach or the Ocean. Great neighborhood with Deli, Ice Cream Shop, Liquor Store and Bike Rental within 2 blocks. Small grocery store with fresh Jersey corn and tomatoes on 20th. Family friendly sit down restaurants also nearby. House has easy on and off island location. Easy to put your car keys away for the week and walk to everything that Surf City has to offer.
House is newly painted and decorated with kid friendly furnishings. Open concept kitchen, dining and living area. Living room with 20 foot ceilings and skylights. Kitchen has lots of counter space and storage for easy meal prep. Extra long dining table can seat 10. Living room has 60”smart TV for movie nights and rainy beach days. Master bedroom with king bed on main floor. Second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed. The bunk room has a custom triple bunk with reading lights and USB charging ports and 2 single twin beds to sleep a total of 5. The bunk room is a lot of fun!
Outdoors there is a large deck off the main living area with circular sunbed. Café table also on main deck for morning coffee. Outside under the house is a large paver patio with dining set. Walkways outside are all paver stone so no need to walk on annoying stone to get to outdoor shower!
4 Beach Badges included, tenant will be charged for lost badges
