The living room features an open floor plan, gas fireplace, 9-foot ceilings with transom windows, the dining room has a wet bar with wine & bar refrigeration, custom kitchen with Wolf 6 burner stove top, double oven, Sub Zero Refrigerator. Private family room which is perfect for watching movies on the 70" TV. The fully renovated premium backyard features a large heated gunite swimming pool/spa, outdoor shower, screened-in porch overlooking the pool and a full bathroom, surrounded by a ultra upscale paver yard which includes a gas fire bowl, outside kitchen/bar with built in refrigerator, ice maker, gas grill and smart TV. Bed configuration is 3 Kings, 2 Queens and 1 Full/Full Bunk with twin trundle and 1 twin day bed.

Amazing Property!!! As described on line!
My extended family and I spent a fantastic week at this property. We had 9 adults and 4 children for our annual family vacation and it was great! The home is beautifully appointed and the arrangement of the bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for a multi-family vacation. From the large kitchen to the outside heated pool and spa, you cannot go wrong staying at this conveniently located home. The kids loved "the secret room" upstairs off the kitchen. The children were able to walk to mini-golf and arcade and adults could walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The bay breeze was exquisite with an easy walk to beautiful LBI ocean beach.
The homeowner communication was stellar and we were able to get all of the information we needed prior to, and during our stay. We highly recommend this property for your next vacation!

WEDDING SPACIOUS -TOP NOTCH HOME & OWNER /MANAGER
The layout of the home is perfect for all. Our daughter was married over the weekend and we needed a home that was spacious. The best feature was the large kitchen with all the amenities which included every cooking essential with multiple refrigerators through out. The entertainment beverage bar area had plenty of counter space with all varieties of glassware, which was located below the massive game/TV room and is part of the kitchen. Each bedroom (6) had a private bath where one shared the "kid room" with a jack & Jill bathroom to a King size bedroom. We did bring our own gate for our toddler for the stairs.
Decor and cleanliness reached a high note in our book. WORKING WITH AND VERY ATTENTIVE IS MICHAEL/owner. We had no problems- pool was clean,never ran out of hot water, Tv's worked, (including the tiki bar TV) supplied soap on sinks, toilet paper, kitchen supplies for cleaning as well.To make things easier on us we had Shop-rite deliver some necessities, which was perfect for a wedding weekend.
I highly recommend not only for a vacation ,yet it's perfect for a wedding party ( 24 to be exact) to get ready for the big day. Most importantly we were blessed with the most PERFECT weather . Grateful to have found this home.Thank you Michael!

Amazing home
My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Michael’s house. It is beautiful and very clean, the layout was perfect for a larger group, allowing everyone to spend time together and spread out throughout the week. The kitchen is huge and having multiple fridges was a bonus. We loved the large kitchen table, big enough to fit our group of 11 + 2 kids. We enjoyed the pizza oven, pool and the fire pit was where we spent each night together. The tv/movie room is perfect for a rainy day. The location is perfect, close to the bay, beach, fantasy island/bay village and some great restaurants. We loved our stay at this amazing home!

Family Vacation
My family just spent a great week at this amazing home. The large kitchen and dining table was perfect for us to all gather and eat together. The bedrooms were spacious and private bathrooms in the majority of the bedrooms were a plus. We spent most of the week in the backyard, enjoying the pool, hot tub and sitting around the fire pit at night. The home’s location was within walking distance to shops, amusement parks and food. The owner was a pleasure to work with and helped to ensure a smooth rental process. This was our fifth year in LBI, first time staying at this home, and we are looking forward to staying here again next year!

Absolutely Exquisite
Hard to believe, but have nothing to say negative at all-this is an exquisite home in every way. The pictures & verbiage don't give it justice. We had 10 adults and 3 children and everyone was 100% happy with the accommodations and our host. House is very well laid out and each bedroom & their individual bathrooms are roomy and provide individual privacy. The kitchen is very large and well supplied with all your needs. The main eating area is part of the large kitchen area and easily accommodated all 13 guest. There are two large & separate sitting areas and one is very private, with closed door and extremely large TV, great to keep the children occupied in their own area. Needless to say the very large pool & hot tub were fabulous, in them both every day and the pool water was kept at 85 degrees and wonderful. The outdoor pizza oven was. delight and we all enjoyed using it. A wonderful place to stay

Group vacation
I booked a week here with a group of friends in search of a house that was spacious, convenient to restaurants/bars and the beach. To say I was surprised at the accommodations would be an understatement. The house was in great shape. The bedrooms were large for what LBI usually provides and almost every bedroom had its own bathroom, if not adjoined to one. There is plenty of space in the main portions of the house to spread out if so desired. The bonus point to our stay was the back yard area that has a pool, jacuzzi, bar, pizza oven, grill. We were very happy with our stay here.

Deely's Delight
My wife and I spent a week with our two son's, their wives and our 4 grand children ages 1 to 9. We had a great time. The house was spectacular and helped make the vacation. The layout of the house with plenty of bedrooms and attached baths was perfect. TVs in every room where you would want them. Seating capacity in the dining area was more than adequate. Then there is the Backyard, everything you need. A bar, TV, fridge, fire pit, full bath and of course a huge pool with a jacuzzi. We enjoyed splitting our time between the pool and the ocean and the nights in the backyard were great. Paula and her husband Tony responded immediately to our one request the first day and we never had to reach out to them again. The addition of beach passes, beach buggy ,chairs, etc a major plus. 5 plus rating.

Wonderful
We stayed at this house for Chowderfest weekend. Even though it was October, we were able to enjoy the wonderful backyard. The spa/hot tub section of the pool was especially nice during the day, followed up with wine by the firepit at night. They layout of the house was great for multiple families, and the bonus play room was perfect for our kids (not to mention the mini golf just steps away). House was just as accommodating as the owners!!!

Absolutely Perfect
We rented Paula’s beautiful home for my sisters bachelorette last fall and it could not have been a more perfect experience. We had a low key weekend planned, and the house was so wonderful we barely left! From the beautiful home, to the little note left by Paula on a letter board for my sister; to outstanding back yard - to the visitor info binder Paula and her family left us (complete with photos on how to turn on the pool heater! <3!) — I couldn’t have asked for more. I can’t wait to plan another weekend like this just so we can work with Paula again. I highly recommend this home for groups & families alike - it was PERFECT.

Stayed at Paula’s House. What a nice house. Plenty of room. Great backyard. Close to everything. Paula was extremely helpful when I had a question and got right back to me. Defiantly a great house to rent.
