4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath Beach House With Ocean Views (Sleeps 10)

This house has room for everyone, whether it is for everyone to gather in the second floor great room, large family room on the first floor or the lounge in the garage. But if someone wants quite time, there are 5 decks. This is a reversed living home with stunning views of the ocean, bay and lighthouse from the decks. There is a master bedroom and great room (kitchen, dining, half bath and living room) on the top floor. There is a junior master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, bathroom and a large family room on the first floor. Every room opens out onto a deck. Hardwood floors throughout the house and quarts counter top in the kitchen. There are large flat screen TVs in great room, family room and master bedroom.

Kitchen is well stocked. There is a lounge in the garage for the kids to hang out. There is a Weber Genesis II 4 burner grill.

Barnegat Light is located on the quite north end of Long Beach Island. With our house, there is no traffic noise or crossing a street to get to the beach. It is a quite family-oriented street with one of the best uncrowded pristine guarded beaches on LBI. Also a renown surfing beach. There is a boardwalk to the beach with benches along the way that pass thru a scenic dune preserve.

A few blocks away is the famous Barnegat Lighthouse State Park with a beautiful guided nature walk. Climb the Light House and see the fantastic 360 views or stroll through the informative Barnegat Light Museum. Surrounding the park there are ice cream parlors, the famous Mustache Bill's diner, Inlet deli, Kelly's and Daymark Restaurants . There is also Jen's Links miniature golf with two 18 hole courses. Enjoy an immersive 36 hole experience.

The house is located a few blocks from White's food market, restaurants, gas station with Agnello 's Market, post office, party boats, boat ramp and marinas. If you like fishing, you can either rent your own for fishing on the bay, go on a day boat or charter your own for off shore fishing. They also offer sunset boat cruises. On 25th Street bay side there is a kids guarded bay beach and launching area for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and other water activities. There are band concerts at the bay front gazebo. For a unique view of the Island there is parasailing over the ocean. The town has Pickle Ball and Tennis courts, a skate board park and basket ball.

Visit historic Viking Village. Get a coffee at How You Brewing, shop the quaint shops, get fresh fish right off the boat at Cassidy's Fish Market, fruit and veggies at Frank's or have a leisurely meal at Off the Hook.

Also located in Barnegat Light is LBIdreammaker, a concierge service that can supply sheets, towels, bikes and any of your beach needs.
