Full Summer Availability in the heart of Surf City. Window air in each room, large screened porch. 3 bedrooms sleeping 6, plenty of parking and walkable to all!
Large living room with TV and 1 bedroom (queen bed) and 1 full bath on first floor, eat in kitchen with stacked W/D. Screened porch with plenty of additional seating. Upstairs are 2 more bedrooms: 2 single beds and the primary with a King size bed and private deck. Another full bathroom as well. Both bedrooms have screened skylights to let in some fresh air.
The back yard has an outside shower, grill and picnic table. Plenty of parking in the driveway.

CANCELLATIONS: Should you need to cancel your lease or change properties; such requests must be in writing to Sand Dollar Real Estate. We cannot refund any advance payments as they have already been disbursed to the owner. Every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented, your deposit minus a 12% service charge and the $40 processing fee will be returned to you. If we are unable to re-rent the property you will remain responsible for the lease and the balance due, which will be payable 45 days before the original Check-In date.
First payment along with signed lease agreement and other appropriate paperwork due in 7 days. Final payment due 45 days in advance of check-in date.
