This house underwent a complete renovation and expansion with a new designer kitchen with granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and offering all the modern amenities yet keeping the feel of a classic beach home. It is conveniently located in the heart of Beach Haven on the Oceanside for great proximity to the Beach and all the attractions/shops/restaurants that Beach Haven has to offer.
Once you arrive, you can put the car keys away as one of the best beaches in the world and anything you might need are only steps away. Everything is within walking or biking distance. This includes over 50 restaurants, shops, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, grocery, vegetable stand, pizza etc., is available in Beach Haven proper and at nearby Bay Village. For the children, Fantasy Island is only steps away...featuring rides and amusements, the Water slides, Waterworks, and miniature golf. For the sportsman, fishing in the ocean or bay is available on the Miss Beach Haven boat or you can rent your own boat at Polly’s dock, or (of course you can always just take your pole up to the Beach or Bay). The black pearl pirate ship sunset cruise is also just a short walk! For those interested in the arts, theater, and history...the Surf Light Summer Theater, the showplace ice cream parlor, and Beach Haven Maritime Museum and Library are nearby. Houses of Worship of different denominations are located close by as well.

A unique feature, in addition to the perfect location, are the tall trees that line the southern boundary of the property providing a shady respite on the patio throughout the afternoon w/outdoor tv and speaker system.
Why the owners purchased 210 6th st? We have been coming to Beach Haven since we were kids and it was a always a dream to own a beach house on LBI. This was the perfect house, ocean side with no need to move the car, 5 bedrooms and upstairs living area to sleep everyone in the family with comfort, 2 full baths inside, plus the outdoor shower. It has the best backyard with an outdoor tv and speaker system, along with plenty of space for lounging, eating, and areas to play games in the fenced in yard. There is a huge garage with an abundance of storage space for all of the beach gear and bicycles. It is the best location to anything in beach haven, whether it be for the kids at fantasy island amusement/water park/mini golf, the shops in bay village, ice cream, the theater, or any of the many restaurants on either the bay or ocean side, everything is just a short walk away. The home has been lovingly cared for and nearly everything is brand new as the home had a second level installed in 2010. We grew up renting ourselves and we hope to pay it forward by allowing others to enjoy their time in our home on LBI while making long lasting memories with their family and friends as we did when we were younger! It truly is a dream come true for us and we hope you can enjoy it too!

Central Air Conditioning-2 Zone, 2 cars can park in driveway and curbside parking in front of house and on the street for additional parking is available. 6th street in beach haven is a beautiful street in the center of it all, but far enough away to avoid the noise! Great street with all well maintained upscale homes!

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Another perfect stay!
This was our third year staying at the house and we are already booked for next year! The home is roomy, well stocked with kitchen essentials, beach equipment and the location is unbeatable! The owners are super helpful and easily accessible! Can't wait for next year!

Magical LBI
210 6th Ave never disappoints!!! House has everything you need and you never have to move your car. The owners are very helpful and easy to get in touch with.
The backyard is great with garage and extra fridge (bonus) we love the bike rack!!!

Sensational Stay!
The House on 6th street could not have worked out better for our family. So close to the blvd. with Fantasy Island amusement park, mini golf, ice cream, restaurants & yet a doable walk to the beach with 6 kids & all the beach stuff. The house has a great setup with 2 different living areas (to separate kids as needed!), comfortable bedroom space & great master suite on 1st floor. Will not need to bring any beach toys next year as the garage has lots of pails & shovels to borrow. 2nd fridge in garage was a life saver! All around great house, location, price, clean & comfortable. Very responsive realty company for the few questions/issues we had.
Thanks to the owners for giving our family a wonderful home away from home vacation!!

A great place close to town and the beach
We had another great year at this fantastic home. It has everything we need for a perfect family beach vacation. Plenty of space to fit multiple families and it's walking distance to downtown Beach Haven, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, Bay Village, and boutique shopping. It has great outdoor spaces. Enjoy the town activity from the front porch, or have dinner outside on the private patio. The owners are great and very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental home to anyone!

Wonderful House
As always this house does not disappoint. We stay here for our girls weekend every year and love it. Tons of space to sleep, hang outside, have meals together, etc! Within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and stores too!! Can't wait to go back next year!

Great location!
This is the second year our family has stayed here. We enjoyed our stay so much! A short walk to the beach and around the corner from LB boulevard, with so much happening. The house had everything we needed, in particular a great outdoor area with a lovely grill. We’ll be back again!

Great for a family vacation
The house was incredibly spacious and the location can't be beat. We stayed there with 8 adults and 2 kids and everyone had some where to sleep. It's in the heart of Beach Haven so we were able to get to everything by just walking. The house supplies beach gear which was great!
