Luxury home has 5 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms and 2 Half Bathrooms, Sleeps 12, Maximum Occupancy 12; TV's 7 (Daytime occupancy 16)
In ground heated pool (May 18 - September 21) elevator, linens included with in-season reservations (Mid June - Mid September) Beach Badges Provided along with Beach Chairs, 2 Beach Umbrellas and 2 wagons to cart everything to the beach! Outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Small pets considered, with homeowner approval.
A unique home located 1 house off ocean front on the first block in Barnegat Light is just a 1 minute walk to the ocean!! Due to the dunes not being as large as other areas of Barnegat Light, the home offers many open views of the ocean from the interior of the home and decks, and a shorter walk to the ocean. Enjoy the secluded backyard complete with heated pool for enjoyment of all ages. Very large rooftop deck with comfortable seating and a place to sunbathe. The home is a Non-smoking home.
When you enter the home you will find a marbled floor foyer and access to the elevator. This area opens to the family room complete with a large sectional king sleeper and flat screen TV with surround sound. There is a slider that goes to the deck with new outdoor patio dining table for 6. There is a set of stairs that leads to the back yard and pool. The pool area offers a large heated pool. There are lounge chairs and dining table with umbrella. In addition to the gas grill on the main floor back deck, there is an additional grill in this area for dining by the pool.
New Outdoor Kitchen/Dining Area!
The first floor also offers a powder room with a door to the back deck. This bathroom is accessible to the pool area. You will also find a large King master bedroom with a walk in closet, private bathroom with jetted tub shower and ceiling fan.
The next landing is accessible by stairs or the elevator. The second landing offers a queen bedroom with flat screen TV, private balcony offering ocean views, and a walk in closet. There is a large bathroom with double vanity and glassed in shower. There is a door leading to the queen bedroom and the hallway off this bathroom. The bathroom is shared by the 2 twin bedrooms on this floor. One twin bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool area, the other twin bedroom can be converted into a King bedroom with advance notice. You will also find the laundry room on this floor. The laundry provides a wet sink and side by side duet washer and dryer.
The next landing is accessible by the stairs or the elevator. This floor is the main floor of the home. The open design of this floor provide fabulous views of the ocean. Here you will find a large open kitchen with state of the art appliances. The kitchen island offers a large working surface and 2 stools. You will have plenty of room for storing your food in the sub zero refrigerator. Enjoy cooking on the Viking gas stove. There is also a dishwasher, air fryer and a convection microwave for your use.
Like to grill your meals? There is a large brand new gas grill on the back deck off the dining room. The dining table seats 10. A high chair is also provided.
The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a flat screen TV. Enjoy the ocean views while dining or lounging on the front deck. This floor offers surround sound speakers and ceiling fan. Take the elevator or stairs to the top floor and you will find the Grand King master bedroom. The grand master offers a king bed, sitting area, fireplace, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and walk in closet. The marble master bathroom is complete with his and hers sinks, sunken Jacuzzi tub, custom shower and private water closet with toilet and Bidet.
You have access to the roof deck off this floor. The roof deck offers comfortable lounging areas with fabulous ocean and bay views.
The front paved area of the home offers parking for 4 - 5 cars. There is additional on street parking.
Guests have full use of the garage which has been turned into a game room and is a great place to play table tennis, corn hole, shuffleboard, and darts. There is an extra refrigerator/ freezer. Plenty of room to store bikes or your personal items.
The home is professionally managed and maintained. You will have access to our personnel to address any of your concerns or needs.

The elevator goes to the garage and all 3 floors for your convenience. The pool opens mid May and closes Mid September. Please inquire for details. Cleaning Fees and linen charges apply to off-season reservations.

Island Treasure 2024

Island Treasure is the Perfect Name!
This is the second time renting Island Treasure and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house has what our family calls "good vibes" and is well equipted for all our needs. The renting process couldn't be easier as well.

Wonderful Family Vacation
Just returned home from a wonderful week with family after our stay at Island Treasure. We loved everything about the house and it doesn't lack anything you would need for a perfect stay on Long Beach Island. Proximity to the beach was close and the pool was a great feature when we returned back to the house. The elevator was also helpful for the older family member with mobility issues. The whole rental process was a breeze and management couldn't have been easier to work with. Would not hesitate to rent this lovely home again!

Great vacation - beautiful house with one-of-a-kind setting. Clean and well-equipped for family fun. Wish that there was a 2nd bathroom on level 2 - but not really much of an issue. Perfect weather - and enough spaces for everyone to be together OR alone. A 5-star experience.

This home offers majestic views of the ocean and bay because the island is narrow on this street. A wonderful home to bring the whole family and enjoy the beautiful pool and private back yard.

Set the Bar Extremely High!
I had the pleasure of renting this beautiful property for a girls weekend and not only was the property manager/homeowner responsive to all of my questions but they were so incredibly nice. The house has a great set up and is really clean/ well kept and check in and check out were really simple and easy. This is one of my first experiences renting a home and they set the bar extremely high. I would absolutely recommend renting this property if you would like to stay in a breathtaking home right on the beach!
