Due to the dunes not being as large as they are normally in Barnegat Light, the home offers many open views of the ocean from the interior of the home. Enjoy the backyard complete with heated pool & whirlpool for those non beach days and nights! Very large rooftop deck with comfortable seating and a place to sunbathe. The home is a Non smoking home.
When you enter the home you will find a marbled floor foyer with crystal chandelier and the elevator. This area opens to the family room complete with a large sectional queen sleeper and flat screen TV with surround sound. There is a slider that goes to the deck with new outdoor patio dining table for 6. There is a set of stairs that leads to the back yard and pool. The pool area offers a large heated pool with an attached round whirlpool. There are lounge chairs and dining table with umbrella. In addition to the gas grill on the main floor back deck, there is an additional grill in this area for dining by the pool.
The first floor also offers a powder room with door to the back deck. This bathroom is accessible to the pool area. You will also find a large King master bedroom with a walk in closet, private bathroom with jetted tub shower, ceiling fan, king bed, chest of drawers, 2 night stands.
The next landing is accessible by stairs or the elevator. The second landing offers a queen bedroom with flat screen TV, balcony offering ocean views, walk in closet, ceiling fan, large dresser with mirror, 2 night stands, ceiling fan, small chair and floor mirror, . There is a large bathroom with double vanity and glassed in shower. There is a door leading to the queen bedroom and the hallway off this bathroom. The bathroom is shared by the 2 twin bedrooms on this floor. One twin bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool area, the other can be converted into a King bedroom. You will also find the laundry room on this floor. The laundry provides a wet sink and side by side duet washer and dryer. The next landing is accessible by the stairs or the elevator. This floor is the main floor of the home. The open design of this floor provide fabulous views of the ocean. Here you will find a large open kitchen with state of the art appliances. The kitchen bar offers a large working surface and 4 stools. You will have plenty of room for storing your food in the sub zero refrigerator. Enjoy cooking on the Viking gas stove.
