Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Luxury, Comfort, and Stunning Sunsets!
I stayed at this beautiful beach house over the Christmas holiday, and I absolutely loved it! The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing, offering the perfect getaway while still being walking distance to some of my favorite restaurants, including Stefano’s and Isola. It’s also super close to local gems like The Chicken and the Egg and Uncle Will’s, making dining out a breeze.
The house itself is incredible. The beds are so comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and I loved having a smart TV in every room. The kitchen was an absolute dream with high-end appliances—it had everything I needed and more! My favorite spot, though, was the living and dining area. The sunsets were stunning, and the wine fridge was a thoughtful touch.
I’m already looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the pool and take in the breathtaking views from the roof deck. This house truly has it all!
