Description
"SeaBreeze" - 4 Bedroom, 2 decks, reversed living house
Hang out on the top floor, with amazing ocean views from the open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings and windows all around provide you with 270 degree views of the ocean and a window view of the bay. Kitchen is updated with stainless appliances and direct access to a deck with a large gas barbecue, ocean breezes and view. There is also a bathroom on this level.
On the middle floor there are 4 bedrooms to sleep 10-12 people and two updated full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has its own ocean facing deck and huge bathroom with large jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is also a queen with ocean views. The third bedroom has 2 twins and trundle, and the 4th bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds and a trundle for sleeping up to 5.
The ground level has an outside shower, patio area, and a 2-car garage with ping pong table for rainy days. Steps to the beautiful, life-guarded beach.
For your recreation, there are bicycles, boogie boards, sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas. We also provide you with the beach badges you need to use the beach.
Short walk to great restaurants, bagel shops, miniature golf, shopping and more.

Family Beach Front Rental
This large attractive beach front home was exactly what we were looking for.
There are plenty of spaces to get away from the kids but not loose track of them.
The kitchen is well designed and the appliances are top notch. The decks are large. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. I would certainly recommend this house.

Awesome vacation home
I just returned from a fabulous week at this property in Ship Bottom. Hands down best house on LBI. Beautiful beachfront single family home with easy access from the Causeway and within walking distance to everything you need. From the ground floor garage with multiple bicycles and everything you need for the beach to the third level with open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and sweeping views of the ocean. This was our 4th year at this house and already looking forward to next year.

Second to None!
Where do I begin!? We go to the shore every summer and this is one of the best houses we've ever rented. Ken, the owner, was incredibly responsive during the entire process. The house is fabulous, lacking nothing. Location is perfect, beach entrance right off the garage and (phenomenal) outside shower. Ken has 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and plenty of umbrellas for use. We enjoyed the bikes in the garage all week for our frequent errands; all bikes in great working condition. Views are superior and waking up to the crashing waves each morning from the Master was tremendous. House had plenty of room for our family of eight. Reverse living so the views from the upper level living area are exactly what you want in your beach house. Best part of the house is the ocean front balcony with the amazing views for the evening happy hours, End your search now and book this house. We will be back to this house for sure!

Fabulous. First rate. Loved it.
Our stay in LBI was fabulous. This beach front home was immaculately clean, filled with sun light, well kept, organized and lacked nothing. The location is second to none, with access to the beach right out the front door. With the reverse living and open floor plan, the ocean was always in view, and the sound of the crushing waves and continuous sea breeze were simply amazing and relaxing. We loved it.

Beautiful House and Location
The house is beautiful, well kept, well equipped and conveniently located. Many beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for renters use. Very pleasant and cooperative owner. Really wants renters to have a great experience. Would highly recommend to potential renters, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic rental!!
What a gorgeous house in a prime location! The owners go way above and beyond to make sure your vacation is everything you want it to to be! Beach chairs, bikes, ping pong, cable and internet, gorgeous decor in a well-kept house with an incredible ocean view, and a conscientious and responsive owner! I would highly recommend renting this beauty for a wonderful jersey shore vacation!!

Extraordinary
We had a wonderful stay at the home. Views are breathtaking. Living spaces on the top floor allow you to see the sea from dawn to dusk. Ample parking with the use of the garage, driveway and street parking. Walking distance to a liquor store for any last minute supplies (including limes). House was clean.
Owner is EXCELLENT at communicating. Highly recommend.

Family Fun for All!
After vacationing in many different exotic locations...who knew the Jersey Shore would turn out to be one of our favorites!
I know it had a lot to do with the rental of this beautiful house. It had everything we needed and then some. There were plenty of adult bikes for everyone, lots of beach chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, inflatables, ping pong, kites, puzzles and games. Any question I had was quickly answered by Ken...he was wonderful!
Independence Day was a big hit. Unbeknownst to us we were in the front row to the most wildest fireworks display ...ever! A private show for our beach...it was AMAZING!

Unrivaled Waterfront!
The problem with renting an oceanfront home is that nothing less will do for future vacations. We sat for hours and hours on the deck overlooking the beach and the ocean. We never realized that watching waves could be so mesmerizing. The views were truly amazing. We were also merely steps from the walkway to the beach making it easy to go back and forth for meals and bathroom breaks!
The house itself was also fantastic. Very comfortable and clean. The bunk room might have been a little crowded if 4 people were in there but the other 3 rooms offered plenty of room and each one had its own tv. Not that we ever watched tv since it was more fun to watch the ocean!
The kitchen was very well appointed which meant we were able to eat at home on several nights. Often in the past, an underwhelming kitchen led to more restaurant meals. Not so here.
Note to owner: The only thing that was missing was a cheese grater!
Finally, there was plenty of beach gear for us to use, all of which was in great shape and easily accessible. And beach tags were provided. Speaking of easy access, we were within walking distance of a liquor store, nail salon, great restaurant, bagel and ice cream choices and we were just moments from the causeway to the main land. So convenient! The bikes that we were left to use were of the quality you would find at expensive rental places and we used them often.
Nothing about the place was disappointing. We definitely intend to head back in the future!

Beautiful Beachfront Home
My wife and I and some of our family members stayed at Seabreeze for the second time and it was even more wonderful than last year. Beautiful home, spectacular view, everything one could ask for in a beach house. More important than anything is the fact that Ken and Melissa are terrific owners. We hope to return every year!
