Welcome! We're new to the market and a family renting out our ocean block beach cottage. Any questions, please ask!
The cottage offers three bedrooms (3 full beds) and 1 bathroom (shower is in a separate room from the bathroom), a bright indoor porch and game room lined with windows offering natural light with views of sunrise and sunset. The family room is equally perfect for conversation and quality time as it is for movie night with comfy seating and a mounted 43” flatscreen tv that can fully rotate for best viewing. The dining room is ideal for family fun dinners and can accommodate 6 people. The full kitchen is an easy space to prepare a dinner or grab your morning coffee to take out to the spacious back patio. The patio has a new charcoal grill, ample seating, morning sunlight and early afternoon shade. After a day at the beach, toss your suit and towels on the drying-line and rinse off in the outdoor shower. The cottage will be a perfect place to relax, enjoy friends and family, and use as a cozy and charming base to experience all Ship Bottom has to offer — short walk to the beach, one block from Ferrara’s famous jelly donuts, a few houses down from Farrias, and one street from Hartland’s Minigolf and Arcade. Near shopping, fun nightlife, and great restaurants.

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
