Pullout Couch: Queen
House provided with linens for each room/couch and bath towels for each guest. Kitchen is supplied with refrigerator, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, utensils and pots/pans. Keurig coffee maker included. Each floor is provided with a 55in smart tv for streaming. High Speed Internet/Wifi included.
Backyard available and includes: Dining Tables, Sitting Area with Firepit, Gas Grills, Outdoor showers and Hot Tub (first come first serve if units are rented separately). 5 Beach chairs, 1 Beach umbrella, boogie boards and 5 beach badges!
No parties, no pets, no smoking. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Contract signer must be signed by Tenant Staying at the property and must be present. Violators will be evicted and not refunded. Tenant is responsible for damages.
50% due with signed contract, remaining 50% due 45 days prior to Check-In. If check-in is less than 45 days away, 100% is due at signing. If guest cancels, refund will only be provided if owner is able to rebook the stay at the same rate. $1000 security deposit required for full house, $1000 for each unit.

If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Great Place to Stay!
We stayed in the 4 bedroom unit of this beautiful duplex in mid August. The house is nicely updated and spotless! The owner is extremely nice to work with and was so helpful with anything we asked about. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great newly renovated home
We stayed in the first and second level of this home for a few days. It was newly renovated. The location was great. A very short walk to the beach. One very small issue but I reached out to the owner, who was extremely responsive and fixed it immediately. Would recommend.

Great beach getaway
Perfect family beach getaway! The house was spotless and comfortable. Loved the backyard hot tub and gas fire pit. So close to the beach we could even walk with no shoes! Only a 5 minute walk the other way to the bay for spectacular sunsets. Owner was wonderful to deal with -super responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed a great last minute trip!
