Great location. Our house is on oceanside side in the heart of Barnegat Light. 7th from the beach and walking distance to everything. Let's start from the top. Reverse living with large open kitchen to the dining and living room on the top level. Large Master King bedroom is at the top as well. Have your morning coffee in the private master balcony! Fantastic views from the decks on all 3 levels. Roof top deck to watch the sunset with water views and lighthouse. 2nd Family room on the second-floor w 2nd master King and 2 addl bedrooms. Bedroom (1)- Bunk beds 3 twin, 1 full. Bedroom (2)- 1 Queen 1 Full. Total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! Outdoor shower, Ping Pong table, front and back yards to enjoy. 5 bikes and 5 beach badges are included. Walk to the restaurants and bars, Lighthouse, ice cream at Poppy's or play some minigolf at the best course in Jersey, Jen's Links! Walk or bike to bay beach, marina and Viking Village. Very close to Barnegat Light Playground, Tennis, Pickle and basketball court are just up the block. Kids can leave their phones at home and explore on bikes like it used to be. Boardwalk entrance is up the street with life guarded beach. Stroll through the dunes, the beach or the inlet. Excellent fishing from the surf, pier or inlet within walking distance. Great family neighborhood on our block. We have renovated and refreshed the interior of the home and outdoor space. New Bedroom furniture, freshly painted, fully stocked kitchen and landscaped yards. Sleeps 14 comfortably.

If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Great place!
We've stayed at 6 different homes on LBI over the years and this was our favorite. It's an effortless walk to the beach, close to a kid's playground, and all the cool things in Barnegat Light. The house is well equipped, and we loved the open upstairs floorplan and large kitchen/dining/living room - it's perfect for the whole family to get together and spend some quality time. The second mini living room downstairs was great for the kids to get away and have their own game space as well. Beds were comfortable, and all the guests enjoyed having their own bathrooms. We'd definitely stay again!
