Description
Located in the beach block on 17th St, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 6 with central AC, is the perfect vacation rental to enjoy all that Ship Bottom, NJ has to offer. Conveniently close to some of the best restaurants, breakfast spots, bike and surf shops, ice cream, mini golf, arcades, shopping, and more!
The living room allows for lots of natural sunlight, an open concept living room with a TV, and a 6-person dining area. The kitchen has a stove/range, dishwasher, and plenty of storage. It is fully stocked with cookware and tableware to comfortably eat in, although there are so many great restaurants, that it will make you want to eat out.
There are 3 bedrooms – 2 with queen size beds and 1 with a single bunk bed, perfect for kids! There is a full bathroom immediately off the main living space, as well as a half bathroom in the master bedroom. In addition, there is a washer/dryer closet in the main hallway leading to the bedrooms. All bedrooms have ample storage space.
The patio offers room to dine outdoors and relax, as well as a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Toward the back of the property, there is spacious outdoor shared shower (shared with the front unit). There is also a shared clothesline (shared with the front unit) for hanging wet bathing suits or other items. Finally, there are 2 dedicated off street parking for guest’s convenience.
Guests must provide their own linens/towels, as well as paper products. Pets are not permitted. We look forward to having you stay with us and enjoy your vacation in Ship Bottom!

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
