Garage full of bicycles (6 brand new bikes with baskets and locks), 14 new beach chairs, beach carts, umbrellas, corn hole, pool gear and more! Parking for 5 cars across oversized lot.

Best outdoor party space and pool!
We had a great vacation, and Martin was a great host. We have rented numerous homes, all high-end new homes and this was the best outdoor space by far! The house is equipped with everything you need including bicycles to ride bar to bar at night. We also hosted a hibachi dinner by the pool and hired a company to come in! The kids and adults were in the pool and hot tub numerous times a day. This house is spacious, and we couldn't have been happier. This vacation was a home run!

Perfect Long Summer Stay- Big Family
Martin's place was wonderful! The outside space is immaculate, we spent either all day here or split time between here and the beach. The convenience of the kitchen being on the lower floor was perfect for our kids and family. The house has plenty of space to spread out between the large family room upstairs, or the wrap around porch- we were all able to find quiet spaces to relax either together or alone. Each bedroom is beautiful and big with lots of closet storage and organization. The garage was equipped with EVERYTHING we could need for our large family. We didn't have to bring anything extra for ourselves or the kids. We walked or biked to town, so barely had to get back into our cars. This home really had it all and would love to rent it again next summer. Thanks to Martin for being so responsive and accommodating our needs and questions.
