Downstairs consists of large, L-shaped living room with two large sitting areas. Dining room and gourmet kitchen complete downstairs common areas. Kitchen equipped with Forno double oven and pot filler, and at the sink you’ll find an instant hot water dispenser as well as a Delta touch faucet with pull down. A separate wing of the downstairs hosts two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full), full bath with walk-in shower and double vanity, and laundry room with brand new W/D.
Upstairs is home to master bedroom with king bed, Peloton, and brand new en suite. Down the hall are three more bedrooms: 1 full with remote control Open Air Skylights, 2 twins, 1 bunk bed (twin over full with twin trundle). These three bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower.
Bluetooth indoor/outdoor audio system!
Fully fenced in backyard is perfect for entertaining, including large 8-person dining table, bar with built-in grill and mini fridge, and comfortable sitting area. Separate dog run and outdoor shower complete the space.
Front porch is ideal for morning coffee. Finish off the day roasting marshmallows out front with a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.
Plenty of parking in the driveway as well as street parking for at least 6 cars.
50% Deposit due to book week.
$1,000 Security deposit will be returned after house is inspected for damage.
A charge of $350 for cleaning. We know you will cleanup when you leave but we need the cleaning people to make it sparkle so it is as clean as your arrival.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.
Pets under 25lbs, well behaved. $500 Pet fee. (2 pets max). Renter responsible for Cleaning up after Pet In and outside of the property. Renter responsible for any damage caused by pet at the owners discretion.
