Your cozy getaway awaits in Ship Bottom at this beautiful house. With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms it sleeps 13 people. Plus, you'll find all the essentials like central AC, heating, laundry, water filtration system, and Wi-Fi.
Amenities include:
- House comes equipped with keyless entry. (The house codes will be provides to renters)
- Newly renovated kitchen on the second floor with new stainless steel appliances.
- New couches/furniture/mattresses
- Large outdoor deck with patio table for 8 and Adirondack chairs, and Gas BBQ grill
- Ample parking with 2 spots in driveway, and 2 in gravel area and plenty of on-street parking.
- Beach equipment is provided for renters. Included are 6 beach badges, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, and tent
- I have a hammock in the garage but you'd need to assemble it
- New 3 stage water filter system installed under kitchen sink
- Brand new central air/heating systems installed installed on both floors.
Beach is a short 3 min walk at a little over a 1 block away. Also walking distance to mini-golf, arcade, dining and ice cream. Amusement park and water park are a short drive away.
1st Floor:
Garage space with beach chairs, cart, games, etc.
Outdoor shower and enclosed back yard area.
2nd Floor:
Kitchen with all new stainless appliances(Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.)
3 Bedrooms (2 queen bedrooms + 1 bedroom with a twin bunk bed and an individual twin bed)
2 Full baths(one with bathtub and one standing shower)
living room(w/ 2 couches one of which is a queen sleeper, 32" smart TV),
dining room(with table to sit 8), and
laundry room.
Access to deck with Adirondack chairs, patio table and chairs(not in picture/in storage).
3rd Floor:
1 Bedroom (1 Queen bed, 40" smart TV)
Living room(Queen sleeper sofa, 55" smart TV)
1 Full Bathroom
small dining area(seats 4)
kitchenette(Sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster).
There are no towels/linens/soaps/paper products provided. The renter needs to provide their own or rent them through a service on the island. A starter set of paper towels and toilet paper will be provided but the renter will need to replenish them as they run out.
Minimum renters age is 29 and they need to be present during the stay.

My family and I LOVED this beach home! It was true to the pictures, clean, spacious, and bright. I won't go into the details on the amenities because you can read that, but if you have a large family, this place is perfect. We only had a few of us, but I really appreciated having a second floor, which even has its own kitchen.
So if you're 2 families, this place is perfect for you...even if you're not, I loved the space. I loved the outdoor shower...and the new grill. The kitchen is bright and airy, which is good because that's where you spend most of the time. And the best part is that you're only 2 short blocks to the beach, plus there is an ice cream and hamburger place just a couple of blocks away as well as a mini putt putt. (We didn't do that, but I thought how fun that would be if my kids were still little.)
My daughter's friend was staying in another area, and when she saw it, she was like "oh, your place is so nice." She had a pool, but I wouldn't trade a pool for a nice, clean interior, especially when the beach is so close.
The other thing is that Gary, the owner, is super attentive, friendly, and helpful. My husband liked it, and he's hard to please...I picked it out so I was happy because he usually likes 5-star hotels.

The layout of the house was perfect especially for families with older kids. Plenty of space in the open kitchen/living room and we loved that the top floor had its own bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. Great central location allows you to walk or bike to lots of restaurants and shops. Quick walk to the beach. The owner was so nice and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

This house was perfect. It is well situated right in the middle of the island. It is less than a two block walk to the beach. It is also very close and walking distance to the arcade, ice cream, a legendary lunch place as well as Wawa. It is literally right next-door to local, which is our favorite lunch place on the island. The house is beautiful with a great layout to sleep to families. It has great common space. Gary is incredible to work with and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable from the moment you book to the time you leave. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. it is completely redone inside other than the walls and the fixtures. Really really a tremendous vacation house.

Wow! We were so excited to go to the shore for the weekend, and this house was perfect! Big driveway with a garage, a quick walk to the beach (the owners left badges), great updated kitchen and quick access to stores; we were fully in vacation mode within minutes.
The beach is the star of the show, and it's right there!
The house had a bunch of beach chairs and accessories, and had an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand before going back in. There was a large balcony to relax, plenty of room for all the family members to enjoy time together, but not be crowded; each kid had the own bed (!) and there was a washer and dryer, too. Everything you could want in a vacation house... it was there.
Looking forward to staying there again.

Stayed for the weekend. House was great! Centrally located in LBI with easy commute in and off the island. A block and change from the beach. Walking distance to dining and attractions. House was clean and with a brand new kitchen and furniture. Will stay there again!
