Comfortable clean beach house - easy to share with two couples. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen and large airy sun room with a dining table (seats 6-8). Three bedrooms with excellent mattresses, one full bath, two 1/2 baths, plus queen sleep sofa in living room. Amenities: central A/C, washer/dryer, cable TV (three of them), Xfinity WiFi, gas grill, outdoor shower. Beach necessities provided: caddy, chairs, towels & 6 returnable BADGES. Young children love the swings at bay beach.
Put your car keys away. Walk across the street to the bay beach. Short walk to ocean, restaurants and shops. An expansive beautiful ocean beach is waiting for you!
Sorry, no pets, single groups under age 25 or smoking in the house.
Avoid the traffic on turn-over day! Weeks run Sunday to Sunday. Check in at 3pm and check out at 11am.

We rent Sunday to Sunday in high season to help travelers.
To reserve a deposit of 50% is due at the time of lease signing. The balance and returnable security deposit are due approximately 2 weeks before you arrive at the beach house.

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in or tenant may reschedule dates at the same rate for available dates within one year
• 50% refund if you cancel at least 21 days before check-in

Loved everything about the house

Fabulous
We are long-time renters in Surf City, but always on the oceanside. And now that we've experienced the bay side, specifically the Bay Beach, we are converted! Linda was a pleasure to deal with. Her home is well taken care of, plenty of sleeping room and the two living spaces were great. In the end it's location, location, location. We loved sitting out front having an early morning coffee, and saying hello to the bikers, walkers, and doggies. And then in the evening, well, what can you say about a front-row seat to the sunset??!!! We will be coming back again and again.

Excellent rental with sunset view
Linda’s house was amazing! We arrived Friday night from Baltimore just in time to watch the sun set from her house- which over looks the bay. The beach is just a few blocks away and we could not have asked for a better experience. Linda has everything you could ever want in a beach rental and we immediately felt right at home. We had a girls weekend getaway for 5- and there was room enough for more. ThNk you Linda for a great escape- we will definately be back for more!

Wonderful beach vacation
This was our first time renting this property and we were extremely pleased! Very clean and comfortable living space with new, well stocked kitchen. Picture windows open to a lovely view of the bay. We have already booked for next year!

Best beach house rental!
We love staying at this house every year! So convenient for families with children as you can walk right across the street to the bay beach which also has a play ground area too. We’ve even started having my daughter’s birthday party there every year. Sleeps so many people, has an unbelievable view, I could go on and on!

Amazing Bay House
This was my second year renting this amazing house right on the Bay, and it keeps getting better! Linda, the owner, is so accommodating and welcoming. The house itself is a gem of cleanliness with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms! The best part of this house is the sunset every night. There is no better place on LBI than the front yard of this house to see the most beautiful sunsets! I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great LBI vacation, and an easy rental process!

Perfect Surf City vacation home!
We are regular renters - sweetest owners, great amenities, perfect location across from the bay beach. Sunsets every night, beach close by. Lots of shopping, food,e etc. Easy to get to. A/C, outdoor shower, well stocked kitchen, big bedrooms, lots of family space.
