Wonderful Vacation!
My family and I had a wonderful vacation on LBI. Ginny was absolutely wonderful to work with and very attentive. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location can't be beat. We were very comfortable in this home and especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach and dinners on the deck enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean.

The Best of Brant Beach
First time staying here, but definitely won't be the last. We had a great time with our family. Plenty of room, to hang out both in and outside. Evening breeze allows you to turn off the AC to enjoy the sounds of the ocean, and minimizes bugs!! My son (9) and nephew(12) especially enjoyed the private bedroom on the ground floor to hang out.
We loved our week here and sad to be leaving tomorrow. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Beautiful beachfront home!
We had a really lovely stay here. The oceanfront view is incredible! Beautiful sunrises each day, and we lucked out with no rain at all. The house was very spacious for 6 of us - and the bedrooms feel spaced out, giving everyone a bit of extra privacy. We had everything we needed. Ginny and Stephen were wonderful hosts, met us on our arrival, and though nothing was needed during our stay, I know if we had, they would have been super attentive to any needs. Would love to come back again.

Beautiful Home and Location
The house is perfect for a few families to stay together. The views are amazing! The house is well stocked with essentials and they were even kind enough to leave us a crock pot to use, upon request! We hope to stay again soon!

Beautiful property located on the beach
We had a wonderful weekend. The house is beautifully appointed. The location is superb with wonderful views of the beach. The owner,Virginia ,is a great host and she was very prompt in settling us in and taking care of all details.
We had such a good time that we are planning to return in two weeks. We have rented all over the Jersey shore over the years. I have no hesitation in rating this home as one of the best we have stayed in.

Awesome location, awesome views, perfect space for beach get away
This was perfect for us. We were 6 friends getting together in the fall just to hang out. The house sleeps 7, has great space for hanging out and cooking and the proximity to the beach cannot be beaten. The large windows and second-floor balcony make for amazing ocean front views. I found the owner to be very easy to interact with and all the amenities you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay were available (outdoor shower, beach chairs, etc). Pictures and map were accurate as depicted. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding view & location!
This house was perfect for our ladies getaway! The owner was delightful and helpful. House very clean and beds very comfortable. Kitchen has new appliances, was well equipped and easy to work in. The view is spectacular! Great house!

THE BEST!
The home is clean and very well appointed. As an ocean front property you are lulled to sleep each evening with the sound of the ocean on a quiet street in Brandt Beach, LBI. The layout of the home is perfect for large family, extended family, or multi-couple gatherings. The owner is readily available if needed and accommodating. This is our new LBI destination!
