For the first time ever, we are thrilled to present to you our cozy beach cottage in Surf City, LBI! Located just a short walk between the beach and the bay, this dreamy vacation home offers the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones. With four bedrooms and two baths, this beach house comfortably sleeps 10 guests, featuring three queen beds, one king bed, and one full mattress & 2 futons. Plus, you'll be delighted by the newly installed hardwood floors, freshly painted walls, and brand-new beds and furniture. It's like stepping into your own little paradise!
But wait, there's more! Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art mini split central air cooling, ensuring you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay. And no need to worry about laundry, as we provide a washer and dryer for your convenience. Stay connected with our high-speed WiFi or enjoy a movie night on the smart TV in the living room and bedrooms.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great House!
We had a family wedding to attend and this house made our experience even more special. The house was VERY CLEAN, very spacious and an AWESOME location to the beach, restaurants and shops! We enjoyed the bikes and hot tub! The owner was very communicative and flexible!
Would love to book another stay here!

Perfect getaway!
We stayed at the beach cottage this past weekend for a birthday and wedding celebration. This house is perfectly located for a quick walk to the shops, beach or the bay to take in an amazing sunset! The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to make ourselves feel right at home. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful house and location
We stayed at the beach cottage for a week with our two small children. The house has been beautifully updated and our family was extremely happy & comfortable staying here! The hot tub was a nice place for us to relax after long days of activities. The location is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, mini-golf, etc. and about a 15min drive to the Beach Haven attractions (fantasy island, thunder surf, surflight theatre, etc.). I have only great things to say about this rental, we had a wonderful time!

Great house for a family. Has everything you need. Comfortable. Well furnished. Walk to beach, walk to bay, walk to ice cream, walk to mini golf. Many good restaurants. Great hot tub and fire pit.

Exceeded Expectations
Our family has grown a lot and we decided to look for a rental in LBI for the first time in many years. We nearly gave up when we found this property - the rate was extremely fair, and we were all SO impressed by the house and its Surf City location! Quicker access to the island/bridge, convenient distance to the beach, and all of the amenities of Beach Haven - mini golf, great restaurants, stores, etc. - without the congestion and faster pace.
The house is beautifully updated and makes the most of every square foot: large, covered front porch was a wonderful for morning coffees; deck allowed us to comfortably seat all 8 of us together for meals; hot tub and fire pit were a fun bonus, even if we didn’t get to use them as much as we would’ve liked (too busy enjoying everything else!).
We were there for July 4th, and there is a neighborhood parade that marches down the street, among other things. Overall, a great vacation, house, and location!

Great house!
The house was great! Walk to the beach so convenient.
The amenities were well appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed all of it - the bikes, the hot tub, the fire pit.
There were beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to cart all of our stuff.

Hidden Gem!!
Stayed here for a long weekend with some friends and family and it couldn’t have been better! Great location to the beach or bay, mini golf, coffee, and restaurants. The backyard is perfect for a BBQ or relaxing in the hot tub or by the fire pit after a long day. Would definitely recommend!!

Cozy Cottage within close proximity to so much!
My husband, family, and I stayed here during Memorial Day weekend and absolutely loved it! The house is situated perfectly between both the bay and the beach making it super easy to get to either destination, and within walking distance. It’s also within close walking proximity to many different eateries, shops, etc.
The house itself is extremely welcoming and cozy. We enjoyed the front porch in the morning, and sitting out back at night near the fire pit after enjoying time in the hot tub. While inside, we felt at ease using the kitchen and enjoyed relaxing in the comfort of the living area. The beds were super comfortable as well. We genuinely enjoyed our weekend, and would stay here again for our next LBI trip!
