The first floor features two spacious bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom, creating a comfortable retreat. Ascend to the second floor to discover a primary suite with vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, sitting area, deck, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds, along with another full bathroom, complete the second-floor haven.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Wonderful, well-loved home
We just loved this home. It's obviously a home first and a rental second. We have been renting in LBI for years, and this was the cleanest, most well-equipped property we have stayed in. The pool IS huge, and a nice option when it's too windy (or you get a land breeze/flies) on the beach. The owners were super responsive when we had questions, and easy to work with. We hope to be back next summer!
