Our home has 1800 sq ft of living space with 5 bedrooms, 2 baths and an outdoor shower. Sleeps 10 adults comfortably.

The beach is just a few steps away (4 houses), and is always very quiet. Since we are also just a block away from the bay, there are very few day visitors, so fewer people on our beach. We are 10 blocks from Pinkie's seafood, 20 blocks from Acme, and about a 10 minute bike ride to Nardi's. In fact, we usually bike everywhere and seldom use our car. It's hard to think of a spot on the island that is better located than ours!
Firepit Fridays are free concerts on the beach, just a few blocks away, and on Sundays there are also concerts.

We have lots of fun outdoor entertaining space. The gas fire pit has seating for 12, the jacuzzi is large enough for 8, and we have seating for 8 outdoors on the patio, and also 8 more on the screened patio. The game room cottage has darts, video games, and exercise mat. Outside we have corn hole. So lots to do to keep everyone entertained.

The eat in kitchen is fully stocked. We provide spices, oils and cooking sprays, vinegars, aluminum foil, saran wrap, Ziploc bags of all sizes, and we provide storage containers. All sizes of pots and pans and frying pans There is a blender, Keurig coffee machines (perk, drip and k-cup). We have plenty of cooking utensils, chopping knives and every tool you’ll need to cook. Lots of serving dishes and plenty of dishes for your family and friends. You’ll also find dishwasher tabs, plenty of rolls of paper towels, sponges, dish soap and Brillo.
We also provide laundry detergent tabs and dryer sheets. Every bathroom has hand soap and at least three rolls of toilet paper, hand towels, bathmats, and kitchen towels.
