Deposit is $1,500 and will be returned within 7 days of check out via Zelle, or Check.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation by Renter, Renter shall receive a refund of all payments made by Renter, less an administrative fee of 15% if the Premises are re-rented on the terms set forth herein. If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Renter will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made hereunder.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

_____ Pool- Adults must supervise children at all times. Renter accepts full responsibility and liability of injury or bodily harm on premise. Absolutely No Diving, jumping in pool or running around the pool. Swimming is at your own risk. Children should not be left in the pool area without an adult present.

Damage
_____ All damage must be reported to owner during or after your stay and will be deducted from the deposit.
Bedding:
_____All Linens are complimentary and provided through a rental service LBI Dream makers. We will provided some Bath Towels. Renter must provide Beach Towels.
_____Check In: Check in is at 3:00PM. You will receive a text message with a weekly code for access through the front door. If the home is clean and ready earlier than 3:00 you will be notified for an early check in.
_____Check Out: Check out is at 10:00AM. Prior to departing, remove all food and beverages from kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle so dishes are clean before the cleaning service arrives. Check all rooms to ensure no belongings are left behind. Landlord is not responsible for lost property left behind. Report any damage to the landlord. A cleaning service will come in but please leave the home in good condition to avoid additional cleaning charges.
_____Parking: 4 off street spots
_____Guestlist: Upon signing the rental agreement, tenant must furnish a full list of everyone staying in the home and Photo ID for each adult over the age of 18. There is a maximum occupancy of 14.
_____Renters Insurance: You agree to obtain a renter insurance policy to cover bodily harm, theft and damage during your stay. The property owners are held harmless for all liability to property or bodily harm/injury in the property during your stay. By signing this agreement, you are acknowledging that all guests and visitors are covered under your renter’s insurance policy and no lawsuits will be brought against the property owner.
