This new build is the perfect home for your annual family and friends vacation whether you are trying to accommodate a large family with in-laws, two families or an adult get-away. Located in the Heart of Surf City within walking distance of the beach, 16th Street Bathing Bay Beach, bike rental shops, pizza and ice cream parlors, mini golf and shopping - centrally located on a quiet mid-block lot.
This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 12-14 people with large wide open spaces and decks for spending time together. The top floor of this three story home with elevator features a large king bedded room with en suite bathroom, two closets and a small deck for two. The main bedroom includes uplighting, ceiling fan and television. A large living/kitchen space features dining for 10 and seats for a great summer flick or family game night by the fireplace. A powder room is located on the top floor for convenience. The decks off the top floor have views of the bay and a glimpse of the ocean with covered dining area and open-air sectional for 8 people. The kitchen is a Chef's kitchen featuring Thermador appliances, Cuisinart Cookware and Le Crueset dinner ware. There is also a large walk-in pantry for containing your week's groceries. Enjoy the luxury of this home stocked with all the accouterments for making a great meal, hosting a wonderful dinner or just having the right cup of coffee for your sunrise sip on the front deck. Nespresso, Kuerig and Cuisinart Coffee Makers all available. Be sure to enjoy the rooftop deck at sunset every evening with your favorite beverage as the sun sinks behind Barnegat Bay.
The second floor of the home features 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a family room and deck. All bedrooms include uplighting and ceiling fans. There are two king-bedded rooms, one queen-bedded room and a young persons room with two twins and two trundles. All rooms come with spacious closets and dressers for unpacking and enjoying. The back king room also has a small deck for two. The family room offers a large screen television, butler bar and seating for 4 with a pull-out queen sofa. There are two work-stations inclusive of a desk and chair on this floor for the working professional who is either working remote or needs to take a call while on vacation. The second floor family room features a deck off the front of the house for watching passersby. Full laundry facilities with large load machines, iron and ironing board and steamer.
The floor level includes the garage and access to a spacious backyard with heated, salt water pool and outdoor shower. Enjoy a chaise lounge by the pool or the fire pit at night. The bottom floor provides indoor parking for one car, an extra refrigerator for overstock or beverages and sand chairs for the beach. The front of the house also has two parking spots in the driveway so a total of 3 off-road parking spaces are available. Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Perfect Extended Family Vacation in LBI
Seacilian Sunset was the perfect home for our extended family vacation. The master retreat was ideal for the grandparents with the first-floor bedrooms perfect for the adult children and grandchildren alike. We used the pool for after nap splashing and the balconies allowed us to spend so much time in the beautiful weather. Walking or biking to the bay, Baked on the Beach, the Big Dipper, and more showed that location is important. The house had many amenities making it so easy for us to move in and start the vacation without worrying.
