CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

Spent about a month there with 6 friends and had an amazing time. The house is awesome in all ways, very deceiving from the outside. Room for 20 or more. The backyard and clubhouse are worth the rent itself. Location was a 10. Restaurants and bars, stores all close. Can't wait to go back next year (already booked)!!!!!!

Amazing family vacation for many years with our 20 person family! The house has 3 amazing private suites with multiple bedrooms! Awesome garage /TV game room with AC!! It was a favorite for our teens! Gorgeous new kitchen & family room & office! Yard is huge w sand volleyball court & lounge areas!!One block to beach!
Absolutely the BEST house for large families or groups of families!! LOVE this house & the owners are fantastic!!!
