Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Excellent beach house with a pool!
Overall the house was perfect for our family and we had such an excellent stay in LBI this year!
The house itself was extremely comfortable and well situated. The garage was stocked with everything needed for the beach, which was great so we didn’t have to pack that all from home. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of room and places to unpack. We loved the screened in porch and often ate meals out there.
The pool was a big hit for our young children. The ledge around the entire pool made it very enjoyable and easy for them to navigate.
The surrounding area had a few restaurants in walking distance. The main downtown of Beach Haven was a short 5 minute drive.
Would definitely recommend staying here!

Vacay LBI
The house was beautifully suited for my large family. Bedrooms are bright & big! Pool was a Godsend for the moms with little ones who needed to nap!! There is plenty of space for eating & relaxing with a large table by the pool that can easily accommodate a dozen people! Wonderful house! Wonderful experience!! Joe, the owner, was quick to respond to any needs and or questions!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Beautiful house
We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and had the best time! The owner is very nice, responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The layout of the place perfect for sharing with another family and didn’t feel crowded. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the heat pool. We brought our bikes: it’s a great location: a very short ride to parks, restaurants, and many other LBI attractions. We will absolutely be coming back!!!
