Single Family 5 Houses Away From The Beach. Families Only. ***No Pets***NO SMOKING***
Spacious home with a beautiful living room & eat in kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs & complete bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and baking needs to cook excellent family meals. There is a large screened-in porch with table and plenty of seating. Upstairs you will find another full bathroom and 3 bedrooms. One large bedroom is great for kids. It has one full sized bed and two twin beds. The other room has a queen sized bed and another room off of that with a full sized bed. Outside you will find a private fenced in yard with a gas grill on the patio & great seating. There is also an outside shower with shelving, perfect for washing off all of the sand. Recent updates for 2022: all new vinyl windows and front door, upgraded mattresses throughout the upstairs rooms.

Amazing vacation home
Stayed here for the first time this year. House was amazing! Had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation! Debra was excellent to work with to make sure our vacation was great. We are looking forward to renting from Debra next year. This house was one of the cleanest and very close to beach and restaurants. A true gem!!!

Cozy and welcoming
We had a lovely stay! It felt like our home away from home. This house is quaint, comfortable and well equipped. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Cooking and BBQ tools, plenty of dishes and glasses, as well as all the necessary pots and pans for meal prep. Just a few steps to the beach and at night, we could hear the waves while sitting in the yard. We also loved the sunroom where we spent our mornings enjoying our coffee! We will definitely be returning. Thanks you Deb for hosting our family, we are so grateful and we look forward to planning our next trip!!

Great location
This is a perfect shore house, close to the beach and great for hanging out after the sun goes down. The outdoor patio is cozy. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable.

Weekend Shore House
Amazing vacation rental that's a 2 min walk to the beach. The house has great features that include central air, an enclosed backyard patio, outside lounge area, private outdoor shower, and bbq grill. There's plenty of indoor space to entertain too. Hello game night! I just spent a 3 day weekend there with 8 other friends. Nobody wanted to leave. I highly recommend this house and Im hoping to go back again.

ALL is WELL
Our fourth year and, despite the pandemic, things continue to be great at 5 east 36th street. Each year there are improvements to the home which shows pride in ownership and Debbie continues to a very considerate as an owner. Hopefully we will all be back next year.

Back for Seconds
Our second year was better than our first. We have all aged a year but the convenience for walking to the beach, bay and bakery allowed us to enjoy time together. Debbie continues to be a great person to work with and we are headed back for more.

GREAT BEACH HOUSE
Great home for multigenerational family vacation. Just returned from spending time with our family (73 to 3) Plenty of room and well equipped. Our washer stopped working and was replaced in three days along with a new dryer. Debra was great to work with as the owner. Looking forward to 2019!
