CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

California House - Surf City, NJ

This home was perfect for our family! It had basically everything we needed.Great layout in the home. We had 7 people...there were times we were all together and times we could just relax in our own space. The home was very clean, had 2 decks, a backyard area w a firepit and an out building with almost anything you could need for a beach vacation! We would most definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!

My family had a wonderful time here! It was perfect for our two kids (ages 3 & 1) who loved playing in the fenced in yard. Very spacious home with great size bedrooms. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful bay sunsets every night! Host was great and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Home!

After years of renting another home in Surf City, we took a chance on a new home this year, The California Home, and LOVED it!! This house was perfect for our family of 5 and my parents. They have everything you can need from bicycles to corn hole to a Ninja blender. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 up. The outdoor shower is perfection, clean and bright. The outdoor space is great for small kids because you have a gate on each of 2 decks and a fenced in yard. It is safe and spacious. Inside there are 2 totally seperate living spaces which was great for the adults and teenagers. The entire house has mini splits so if it is brutally hot, you dont need to worry. The first week we were there, the breeze in the house and on the island was glorious. The 2nd week it was hot so the air was appreciated. Joey and Brian are super attentive to any issues or requests and were great to work with.
8th street is such a central location, we just loved our time this year and will definitely be back!

Excellent All Around

We have always loved coming to LBI and love this house in particular because it has that charm we've always looked for. Not to mention the sunsets over the bay (which is only a few houses away) are gorgeous.

Charming cape cod home on bay block but also close to beach

Loved our time here. Two upstairs bedroom are extremely spacious; two smaller bedrooms downstairs are great for singles or couples. Two living rooms are great for relaxing (we let the kids use one while the adults used the other). Lots of outdoor space (two decks and yard with fire pit) for relaxing after the beach. Very close (1 block) to Surf City yacht club and boating/kayaking. Lots of parking (extra long driveway). Would recommend!
