Description
Our beach house is located just 100 yards from the beach in the quiet LEHYC area of Beach Haven. There are 7 bedrooms in total. The house is technically a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. Both units have their own fully equipped kitchens. The upstairs master bedroom is located on its own level and has a king sized bed, a 40" flat screen HDTV, and a really nice private bathroom. On each of the main floors there is a queen sized bedroom, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. The upstairs and downstairs living rooms have 55" flat panel 4K HDTVs. Bamboo hardwood floors are throughout the home. There is a dining deck off the living room off of each main floor. There is a rooftop deck which walks up from the dining deck and offers great ocean views. There are two outdoor showers and a patio in the back yard with a large gas grill. The home has central air in the upper unit, and ductless units in lower unit. Other amenities include Wi-Fi with Comcast 600Mbps internet, cable TV, dishwashers, washers and dryers, microwaves, pots and pans, toasters, coffee makers, blenders, glasses, and dishes. 8 beach badges are provided. NO CLEANING FEES!

Please Note: Sheets, Pillowcases, bath and beach towels are not provided but we have an arrangement with a local concierge service who can supply both for a modest fee. There are comforters on each bed and a few blankets in the closets. Pillows are available. A breakdown of all bed sizes is included in this listing. A "starter" supply of toilet paper and paper towels are provided to get you started but guests will be required to provide their own supply for their stay.

Policies
No cleaning fees!
Advanced bookings: (anything before Dec 31st for the following year) require a $500 deposit to hold reservations, with 50% due December 1st and the balance due 30 days prior to rental.
All other bookings require 50% with signed lease and the balance 30 days prior to rental.
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
Owner's Cancellation Policy:
Summer Rentals: Bookings cancelled before Dec 1 are entitled to a refund of their booking deposit. No refunds for bookings cancelled after December 1st. Owner will attempt to re-rent. If successful owner will refund payments less any difference in the rebooked rate plus a $250 cancellation fee.
All other rentals: No refund for cancellations. $250 cancellation fee. Owner will attempt to re-rent. If successful owner will refund payments less any difference in the rebooked rate plus a $250 cancellation fee.
Min. age of primary renter: 25
We don't rent to groups of students. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A Great Place!
We were lucky enough to choose this house for our family vacation which included 5 children. Everyone agreed it was ideal for the 12 of us. The location, so close to the beach, made going back and forth with children a breeze! It's close to the end of South Beach Avenue which meant quiet evenings without a lot of traffic noise. The top deck in the evening for sunsets was incredible. The third-floor king bedroom suite was amazing. The house comes with everything you need to just settle in and enjoy Beach Haven. It was a nice surprise to find a large selection of books and games to enjoy. The room sizes were spacious and bedrooms were comfortable. We appreciated never having to worry about parking for our vehicles. The outdoor shed is LOADED with anything you could need for a nice day at the beach. The communication with Tim, the owner, was seamless and we appreciated all the suggestions he offered to make the most of our time there. We highly recommend renting this house!

Great house in a perfect location
This house was perfect for a couple of families! We rented both units and it was nice for each family to have their own space. The sunsets from the roof top deck we amazing you can see for miles. It’s right across from the beach and very close to shops and dining. We had a blast! Highly recommend this house!

Our Vacation
The place was perfect for 5 families. Area was nice and quiet and the beach was close!
There was everything you need while staying at the beach. We did not have a great weather wk, but still enjoyed our time.

Sibling Get-together
We rented the entire house for our sibling get-together. All 14 of us agreed, it was a great house. Had all the amenities...close to the beach. We all loved the roof-top deck! We had a great time! Tim, the owner, is so organized and has great communication skills. He sends emails to you a few days before that answers any possible questions you could have about the house and the area. Hands down would rent again!

Great house for a big group!
Beautiful home steps from the beach. Great for a multi family crew. Having 2 kitchens and 2 outdoor showers are wonderful. View from upper deck is stunning. This was our 2nd time at the house and we'll be coming back.

Perfect Location
We rented a 7 bedroom home from Tim two houses down from the beach. The home was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It’s the perfect place for a large group to gather and still feel like you had your space. Tim was very organized and detailed from day one of the transaction. He was quick to respond and offer any help needed. Nice to deal with true professional interested in making your stay pleasurable!

Very comfortable house
Everything was clean and neat. The reclining couch was a plus. I love that you can control the heat on the first floor by room for comfort. I wish the second floor and third floor heat was like that. Overall it was a great stay. Beautiful house. I would stay here again. Thank You.

Clean, well-appointed house in a great location
We rarely travel with this many people but I can’t imagine a better place for a large family or several couples to stay than Beach Haven 7. Clean, well-appointed house in a great location with close proximity and easy access to the beach. Private yet communal. Plenty of parking. Fabulous backyard with grill and great rooftop deck. Tim was responsive to every request and question, and provided great information about the area proactively.
