Description
A beautiful, bright, and open concept 3 bedroom 2.5 bath bayview/bayfront home in Ship Bottom just 2 blocks from the bridge when arriving on LBI. Our home captures panoramic views of Barnegat Bay and sunsets every night from all levels, balconies, and rooftop.
A short walk to the beach, restaurants, mini golf, and shopping. Experience front-row seats for free Thursday night concerts through the summer on each deck of the home.
The living room/kitchen/dining area is open and beaming with natural sunlight all throughout the day with a full view of Barnegat Bay. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig (Coffee maker and K-Cup), and toaster oven, and comes stocked with all necessary cookware, plates, cups, and utensils. The kitchen also has counter seating for 4 at the bar along with a dining table that fits at least 6. A washer and dryer is also located near the bedrooms.
The living room with 75" Smart TV and electric fireplace, high-speed WIFI for working remotely, in-unit Washer and Dryer, central AC, and areas inside and out to enjoy our scenic views. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. The outdoor shower is custom-built to provide a unique spa-like experience.
The Master Bedroom has a full-size deck with a seating area and lounge that overlooks the bay and evening sunsets. It has a king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and en suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and ceiling fan as well. A stackable full-size washer and dryer is located near the bedrooms.
Simple bathroom and kitchen starter items will be provided as well as a hair dryer, laundry supplies, iron, and ironing board.
Guest will be required to bring sheets for 1 King & 2 Queen beds. Pillows and blankets for each bed will be provided.

A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Awesome House - Awesome Hosts
We stayed at the Occhipinti house from August 31-September 7. Wow — is the first word we all said when we walked in. The space is huge, super clean, and beautiful decorated. The view of the bay is SPECTACULAR! The electric screened in porches (yes I said more than one) were fantastic for outdoor hanging. The outdoor shower is what dreams are made of. And the small details of decor around the entire house were the cutest.
We didn’t want for anything in this house. Plenty of bathroom and kitchen starter items, tons of towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. The house surpassed our expectations. We had our parents come for a day and they both said it was one of the nicest beach houses they’ve ever been in. The location on and off the island was super easy, too.
Amy was a delight to work with and was super responsive. She even let us know when the house was ready the day we checked in.
I’m a life-long beach goer, but always went to Ocean City and Wildwood. This was my first time in LBI, and I loved it. I will be back! I’ll never forget this house and the memories made here. I got engaged on the first day and the pictures of us on that beautiful deck with the sunset of the bay in the background couldn’t have been more beautiful.

A Bayfront Gem
My friends and I spent two wonderful weeks at this lovely property. Inside, it was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Outside, it offered non-stop views and cooling breezes from three large, fully furnished decks. We couldn't have asked for more!
