This coastal chic vacation home located in Ship Bottom is 4 houses from the beach. If you are looking for a luxury family vacation rental to relax and unwind look no further! The top floor of the home consists of a stocked gourmet kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, a full wine/beverage fridge and an island. There is a dining space with seating for 8 plus an additional 5 stools at the island providing seating for 13 people. The living room has a comfy couch with a queen sleeper. Off of the living/dining space there is an outdoor dining set for enjoying a meal outdoors. The master suite is also on the upper level and has a king bed and a full en suite bathroom with a large stand up shower and double vanity. There is a powder room off of the kitchen and a staircase to access the roof top deck. The roof top deck is a perfect place to view the sunset and relax on the outdoor sofa. There is plenty of seating as well as a pool table for entertainment! The middle floor consists of a junior suite with a queen bed and another full bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms consist of 2 bedrooms with 1 queen in each and a bedroom with 2 twins. The third full bath is located in the hallway and has a tub. There are laundry facilities located on the middle floor as well as the garage. The den on the middle level also has a queen sofa bed and a small mini bar area with a beverage fridge.
On the ground level, in the garage, is the second half bathroom so that no one has to go into the house for those beach/pool bathroom breaks. Lastly, the perfect outdoor space to enjoy your days/nights. In the backyard you will find an inground heated pool with attached jacuzzi, an outdoor sofa and loungers, an outdoor TV and bar/prep area as well as an ice maker and another beverage fridge. The gas grill in the backyard runs off of natural gas so no need to worry about running out of propane! There is a perfect balance of shady spots and areas to soak up the sun!
