Gorgeous waterfront home designed for luxury, privacy, and convenience.
All six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, allowing for large groups to stay together and still maintain their privacy.
The spacious kitchen is well stocked and has an assortment of high end appliances.
The living room, upstairs family room, rooftop deck, four seasons room, and outside patio provide plenty of space for guests to spread out. The heated saltwater pool is open from April through October. The backyard has an outdoor kitchen, gas grill, dining area, gas fire pit, and dock. There is an ice machine and a large cooler on the ground floor, so you'll never have to make ice runs.
We're just three blocks to the ocean and a few blocks up the street from the bay beach, although you may never feel the need to leave the house.

Amazing Home with Views Galore!!
I don't normally take the time to leave reviews, but our time here was simply amazing! We've been coming to LBI for the last 8 years, and this home and location was beyond. Literally less than 10 minutes off the causeway, and you're there! The views of the bay from the multiple view points is beautiful, but the sunsets are spectacular! You can stare at it everyday, and it never gets old. The 3rd floor deck is so peaceful, with amazing panoramic views. The home is extremely thoughtful and well appointed! There is so much space, you never feel crowded. We spent days on the beach which was just a short walk away, and had the best waves!! We came back to hang by the pool and enjoy the view, or paddle board/kayak on the bay. It was so enjoyable to be at the house, no one really felt the need to leave. We cooked, drank and enjoyed the beach life! Mike and Josh were extremely attentive hosts, making sure any issues that may have come up were resolved. We can't say enough good things about our stay here. It was the perfect place to disconnect. If you're thinking about it, just do it!
