Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Magic time on LBI
What a perfect house for our 27th annual family retreat on LBI. This house is perfect for a large family. This house is easy to live in. We highly recommend this property for all the reasons below and look forward to returning next year.
The kitchen is totally equipped with every appliance you could possibly want. The deck off the kitchen was prefect for family meals and we ate there most times.
The outdoor space brand new and amazing. The pool is the center of family activities and there is plenty of seating with a multi level deck that has full sun all day. There is shade on the other side of the pool in the afternoon. Perfect!! The outdoor kitchen and table are wonderful for lunches by the pool The firepit was the social center for our kids and grandkids in the evening
The bedrooms are comfortable and well outfitted.
The owner provides plenty of beach equipment and chairs and the beach is only 3 houses away.
The sunsets from the rooftop deck are beautiful.
The owner communicated timely and responsibly and did everything to make our stay comfortable and easy. The house book is complete and has operating instructions for everything and QR codes to easily see instructions on You Tube
Its not the cost of the rent, Its the value received and we think we received great value during our stay. Thank you

What a week!
We spent an amazing week in LBI and it was fantastic! We had 5 families come together from NJ, OH, and NC and it was the perfect house for our 14 people. Adults had space and the rooms were great, the kids loved the pool and yard and we all came together in the incredible kitchen for meals and snacks. The house has every amenity you could ever need and we loved our week at SearenityNow.

Family Dream Vacation
Wow this house was beyond our expectations! There were 14 of us and we had so much space. It was very comfortable. This owner went above to make sure there were so amenities. I especially loved the Master bedroom suite. The elevator was a real plus and it made getting bags and groceries up a breeze. They thought of everything. It was so nice having morning Coffee on the deck with an Ocean view. And the roof top views were amazing. Great views for a perfect Sunset. The salt water pool was so nice, and you didn't smell like chlorine after you came out. The beach is perfect very quiet and clean. You felt like you had your own private beach. Its close to the Lighthouse and shops. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. But it was also nice to have a few family dinners together. Its the perfect beach house for family get together. I highly recommend this house for the perfect LBI vacation.

Fabulous House great location
We had a wonderful week at Searenity Now! It was spacious for our family of 11 and very well appointed. The hosts were most gracious and helpful. It is located on one of the prettiest beach accesses in Loveladies. The roof deck had an epic view.

WOW
Amazing 7 bedroom 6 bath home in Loveladies. From the minute we walked into Searenity Now! we knew this home was everything we could ask for and more. We were in for a memorable week. It was clean and all the appliances have been updated. The house offers 3 decks with oceanviews (yes, oceanviews)and gorgeous sunsets.
The outside area is great for family gatherings and some pool time, after spending the day at the beach. Such a great location, 3 house off the beach.

Perfect Vacation
My girlfriends and I had a fantastic stay at Searenity Now! The house is huge, beautiful, so clean and in a great location near the beach! There was every amenity we needed. We had great days in the pool in the backyard and at the beach which was a quick and easy walk away. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, all so well maintained they look like new! The house is perfect for a group, lots of seating and fantastic views from the windows and multiple decks and plenty of parking outside. We will definitely be back!

Amenities galore with beautiful views in an awesome location
We spent a fun and relaxing week on LBI with the family. This house was wonderful! Plenty of space for the seven of us including many bedrooms and bathrooms! It is the 3rd house from a very quiet and beautiful part of the beach. It was easy to wash off any sand in the outdoor shower too. Very clean which is good since my wife is a clean freak! We loved hanging out in the pool and there were plenty of chairs for all of us. They also had beach chairs in the garage, which was appreciated. We came in 4 cars and were concerned about parking but they had tons of room for that too. The wine fridge, frozen drink machine, fancy espresso machine, and huge space for all of us to eat with ocean views was fantastic. We loved all the decks, especially the one with the grill. This house was made for relaxation! One of my favorite things we did was to hang out on the rooftop at dusk to watch the ocean and then turn the other way to the bay side for the most amazing sunsets! Oh yeah, they also have an elevator, so we didn’t need to carry everything up the stairs!! We really appreciated the washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack our wet towels and were able to bring home clean clothes! Really loved our stay, going to sleep to the sound of the ocean at night, and all the conveniences. We already booked again for next summer.
