Description
Majority of your questions will be answered right here! Please read before and after booking and reread before checking in. Our home is in a prime location, right in the middle of the island. Close to all! Steps away from the beach, Fits 12 comfortably. On the first floor there's 2 spacious bedrooms, full bath, open kitchen and living area. Super cozy. The downstairs master has a queen and single bed and the second bedroom has a full bed. So close to our backyard oasis. Perfect to entertain includes a (propane tank you supply) firepit, outdoor shower, inground saltwater pool and gas bbq. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, full bath, laundry/tv room with an entrance to the deck- for those who want to get an early start catching those rays! The master bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a large closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (full on the bottom and a single on top). All bedrooms have tv's in them except the bunk bed bedroom. Wifi is included and provided in your welcome letter. The tv room has a pull out sofa with a single bed. We hope you make our house your home for the week. The heater for the pool is unavailable. We also do not provide ANY linens, towels, pillows, blankets, or beach chairs. We do provide 6 beach badges for the week which you are to leave at the end of your stay. Check in time which includes outdoor access as well is at 4pm sharp never any earlier. We take very good care of our home and our maintenance and cleaning crew need the time so we ask you stay off the property until 4pm. You will receive a code via text for the week with the number provided on your account at your check in time. The keypad will be on the back door. If there is something that breaks or gets damaged during your stay please let us know in advance at the time it happens so we can fix it and the next renter could find the house the same way you did. We have basic essentials for cooking so if you plan on cooking a lot please pack accordingly. No renters under the age of 25. We will ask for ID. No young groups permitted. No refunds under any circumstances so please when booking make sure you are 100%. Check out is at 11am please triple check you have all of your personal belongings before leaving.
