Park your car when you arrive, you won’t need it until you leave, as within 1 block you have access to mini golf & arcade, a bakery, bike rentals, surf shops with lessons, ice cream, and restaurants. Only one beach and one bay block deep, so you get the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS without the crowds and traffic. Unwind on the bay dock and watch the sunset, launch your kayak, swim in the ocean and play in the sand or have a glass of wine at the end of the day in the landscaped, gated, fenced-in backyard hot tub… all without ever getting back in your car until the day you go home!

LAYOUT:

Main Floor: You can sit outside on the breezy lower front deck while reading a book in one of the 2 front deck chairs or sit in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV while lounging on the couch. Bedroom #1 is located on the main floor with a Queen Bed and 2 dressers. Full bath #1 (shower) is also located on the main floor. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an adjacent dining eating area provides easy walk-out access to the backyard with an outside shower, all-weather couch seating, umbrellas, and a hot tub!

Second Floor: The Primary bedroom at the front of the house has a Queen Bed, dresser, and nightstand, a brand-new Smart TV for streaming, and sliding glass French doors to the upper deck, where you can sit and relax in either a teak steamer lounge chair or on the teak chaise lounge. Place your beverage on the side table while you enjoy your morning, or head there during the day to lay out and get away from the rest of the house, but don't forget to grab that late-night glass of wine & look up at the stars after you put the kids to bed. Full bath #2 (Tub) is on this floor. At the back of the house is bedroom #3 (Bunkbed Room). The bunk bed is a twin over a full and a second twin in the rollout trundle.

Notes: This private beach block home is conveniently located in SHIP BOTTOM – just 5 minutes to the right after crossing the causeway bridge, making it easy to get on and off the Island and close to popular Island destinations and events such as the Kite Festival in October!!! Many places are within walking distance such as Hartland Miniature Golf & Arcade, Sugar Kingdom Candy Store and Ferrara's Italian Bakery. Restaurants nearby: Dune 18, La Bamba, Bagels & Beyond, Ship Bottom Shellfish, LBI Pancake House, Raimondo's, Russo’s, Port Hole Café, The Arlington, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Wawa. Evening entertainment nearby at Joe Pop’s Shore & Tiki Bar, Daddy O's Hotel, and Hotel LBI (the latter two are among LBI’s most popular rooftop bars).
