Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great house for family vacation
House is great for large family vacation ! Close to beach and bay . On main road but still quiet n cozy . Not far from Restaraunts and other things to do . I highly recommend this house . I will be booking again next year . Seegers group was always in touch and helpful before during and after our stay .

Beautiful, beachy home!
This rental was just what we were looking for. We were so grateful that the owners were happy to accommodate a last-minute booking. This home is brand new and beautiful from top to bottom. A spacious garage to store all of our beach items, bikes, and the outdoor shower! The second level provides two comfortable bedrooms and a Jr. Suite. Conveniently, there is a washer and dryer on this level, a full bath, and a cozy living space my teens were able to hang out in without disturbing the adults upstairs. The third level has an open-concept living/dining kitchen area that is bright and airy. The Primary Suite is located on this level too and has a half bath. This home is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need! Ideal for a large family or even two families, everyone has their space.
There is a deck off the main living area with a large table and grill to spend dinners at home. There is also a fantastic rooftop deck with ocean and beach views. There is an elevator to easily carry those bags from your car to the kitchen.
This home is a short walk to the beach and is nicely located between Beach Haven and Surf City. It is located on the main boulevard and you can hear some traffic, but it was still so enjoyable and we have such fond memories of our time in this home.
