Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

Great weekend!!
We were there with 2 families over Christmas break and it was perfect. Really close to the beach and walked to town. House was perfect and we had plenty of space for 9 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the family room had seating for all of us to play games and watch movies. Great house!!

Great holiday weekend
Rented last minute for a long holiday weekend and the owners were nice enough to accommodate our shorter stay. House is as advertised. Clean, comfy and close to the beach. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home walking distance to the beach
We loved the location. A short 5 minute walk to the beach. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants & shops. House was very comfortable for our family space wise. It would be helpful if there were larger sheet pans for cooking so take a peek before planning your meals. We would stay again!

Great home near Spray Beach, LBI
I recently booked this house for a reunion with college friends, and it was absolutely amazing. Not only is the location good, the amenities and house set-up were top-notch. It slept all ten of us and had updated bathrooms and kitchen. I highly recommend renting this home for your family and friends if LBI is on your list of vacation spots.

Excellent weekend with friends
We were able to enjoy are weekend immensely. There was plenty of kitchen/living space that made us all very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable to all. The owners were very friendly and helpful to any needs we had. I would recommend this has to other and hopeful to rent again next year since my friends and I have been doing this for 30+ years.

A Beach Lover's Paradise!
Our recent stay at this beach house was simply incredible! The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, bay, restaurants, shopping and attractions. The home is beautifully decorated, and the hosts were fantastic. It was the perfect beach getaway. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!
