Or take your coffee on the deck and watch for dolphins! After your beach day, take a hot outdoor shower, grab a bottle of crisp white from the wine fridge (new 2023), grill fresh fish on the deck (new Weber Grill, 2023) and dine with family or friends in the oceanfront gazebo or in the incredible dining room, then take a stroll around the deck to the bay side to take in a colorful sunset show. Even on a holiday weekend, the beach in this exclusive Loveladies location is sparsely populated. We are 3 doors down from the nearest lifeguard stand, and you are a stroll or leisurely bicycle ride away from the bay beach (great for small children), public boat launch, the local coffee shop and fresh fish market, Viking Village shops, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Other activities: charter a boat for deep sea fishing, rent surf boards for delivery to the house, climb ‘Old Barney’ light house or take an evening sightseeing cruise. Other new updates for you to enjoy: all new living room couches (2024), all bed quilts are new (2023/24) and freshly laundered between every stay, new GE fridge with filtered water and ice maker (2024).

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a 15% service fee to re-list and rebook the property.

Quintessential NJ Beach House
I rented this house to host a group of long-time friends who were coming back to the NJ shore. The house was big enough for everyone to have their own space, yet there was ample gathering room. It was clean and comfortable - with plenty of space inside and outside on the deck. The kitchen was well-stocked with just about anything you would need - it was an eclectic collection of dining sets, pots/pans, drinkware and serving ware! The location is RIGHT ON THE BEACH - it is quiet and wonderful to hear the waves at night. The linen/towel service that was recommended for use was excellent and knew the house - so we had clean, crisp linens and towels for our visit. There is artwork and beachy nick-nacks throughout the house and it would be a perfect venue for a family reunion or large gathering. Christine D. was wonderful to work with - very responsive! Overall - a wonderful place to enjoy the NJ shore.

Beautiful place
Beautiful home in a magnificent location. The home is spacious, open annd comfortably accommodated our group of 5 children and 8 adults. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Truly a Magic Island place.

Fantastic stay
Our family had a wonderful stay here for 2 weeks. The house was spacious, spotless and with incredible views and beach access. We never tired of sitting on the deck gazing at the ocean, dolphins and beach life, and we came and went to and from the beach so easily. The house fit our extended family of all ages so well and we loved the proximity to Barnegat light, the arts foundation, restaurants etc in Harvey cedars and yet was so peaceful and not crowded. Christie was so helpful with suggestions and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend.
