** Pool closing week of October 16th**
Conveniently located 4 blocks from the bridge entrance (for those that cannot stand sitting in traffic on the island). Outstanding views from this new home in Surf City with over 3,200 sq ft located one home off the ocean. There are multiple decks, one off the mid-level family room and one off the great room upstairs. A master bedroom suite, a bedroom ensuite, 4 additional guest bedrooms, 3-stop elevator from garage to the great room, two family rooms and great room. The great room upstairs is open concept complete with a kitchen, dining area and additional outdoor dining space on the balcony overlooking the beach. Laundry room on the mid-level. Roof top deck to see the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. There is a bonus second kitchen on the first level that has a full size second refrigerator, small dishwasher, sink and cabinets full of outdoor dishes and serving ware. Two slider doors open to a private pool. A large TV is affixed to the wall and an outdoor table that seats 6, making it a great spot for watching sports or a place for kids to eat lunch in their beach attire. In the pool area off of the kitchen, there is an outdoor shower, lounge furniture, deck box full of pool toys, grill and hose for washing off beach gear.
Everything in this home is new, from furnishings to linens to beach gear. The house is equipped with everything you may need for a beach vacation, including access to baby/toddler items as we have our own toddler. We are also happy to provide any reasonable requests, including specific games or beach gear. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or requests.

Awesome house/fabulous experience
We had an INCREDIBLE time in LBI - the house was beautiful and had a great layout; easy access to the beach. The house was equipped with everything you could want/need for a wonderful vacation; bikes, beach chairs, pool floats, etc....Bobbi was so kind and easy to communicate with. All around such a positive experience renting this lovely home... Can't say enough about how much we all loved it!

Absolutely incredible, new house that myself, my wife and three kids absolutely adored. Location is ideal by the beach and close to a cafe and restaurants, but also super quiet throughout the day and night. The pool was great and offered a nice change of pace from the beach, which was gorgeous and can be seen from the living room, deck, and roof. House was extremely clean and extraordinarily well decorated with amazing wood floors, beautiful finishes, and was super cozy. Landlord was incredibly nice, accommodating, and so quick to respond on any questions that we had. It truly was an ideal experience and we’ll be back!
