Description
Wake up to oceanfront views and watching your kids walking to the beach. This townhome offers direct access to the ocean thru a private walkway leading to the beach. This townhome was just newly painted with new family room furniture near kitchen and renovated outdoor shower. It is a reverse living concept with open floor plan with granite kitchen, dining room and family room as well as 5th bedroom and full bath on the third floor. A new Weber gas grill is also included in the balcony. On the second floor, there is the primary bedroom suite with balcony as well as 3 more bedrooms and a full bath. Second floor also includes the washer and dryer. Bottom floor includes family room and garage with over 10 beach chairs, 6 bikes and pingpong table. Garage also includes supercharger for a Tesla. There is also a wonderful rooftop with breathtaking views of the ocean while having your morning coffee and while enjoying the sunset.
A total of 11 people can comfortably stay in the townhome and it is in a private oceanfront location safe for young children to walk to the beach while you watch them from the balcony. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and 3-person bunk bed. Please bring your own linens and towels during your stay. The property also comes with building manager who is available to access during your stay.

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

North Beach Family Fun!
Greatly enjoyed our family vacation with our children and grandkids. The house is very well-equipped and the furnishings, including the beds were very comfortable. A ping-pong table in the garage area provided much fun for the kids and their parents, and the beach chairs and sand toys were great. The beach is a few steps away, beautiful and well-guarded.
Fresh produce, baked goods and a butcher shop is a 15 minute walk to Surf City, so the location is perfect.
The host family is friendly and accommodating, and we look forward to returning next summer!

Great family rental
So close to the quiet, beautiful beach. Home is clean, well kept, nicely furnished, ample supplies for cooking in, set up perfectly for stay for a large family. Gorgeous views of the ocean from great room & decks. Roof top deck has ocean & bay views. Loved this rental! Owner is a pleasure, even included a gift basket!

Fantastic Vacation
We had the most wonderful stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate condition of the property. The attention to detail was evident throughout, especially in the well-stocked kitchen. A delightful surprise was the gift basket that awaited upon arrival, adding a personal touch to the experience.
The bathroom was well-appointed with all the necessities, which made my stay even more convenient. Plus, the location couldn't have been better – just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the sand and surf.
The comfortable living space made us feel right at home, and the availability of beach badges, chairs, umbrellas, and even a ping pong table truly added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.
This vacation rental exceeded expectations in every way. It's clear that the hosts have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and well-equipped retreat.

Paradise
This is the first year we stayed at this house. There was a welcome basket full of specialty items such as pasta and coffee and cookies. They were delicious! The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed. The 5 bedrooms were very spacious. The 3 bathrooms were well equipped. The outdoor shower was great to have. There were plenty of beach chairs umbrellas, beach toys, bikes, coolers.The sunsets were awesome! And sunrise was fabulous also! Everything was great and the owner was so nice and responded to any question that I had. My family and I had so much fun that we have rented it again for next year!
