Outstanding panoramic views from this new construction beachfront in Holgate. Easy 10-15 minute bike ride to all of the attractions in Beach Haven. Over 4,300 sq ft with multiple decks, the mid level deck featuring an in-deck saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen with a built in grill, beverage sink center with an ice tray, beverage fridge, and storage. A master bedroom suite, two bedroom ensuites, 3 additional guest bedrooms, 5-stop elevator from garage to the large rooftop deck, two family rooms and great room, wet bar and an open kitchen and dining area with Viking appliances and walk-in pantry for plenty of storage. Two laundry rooms, one on the lower level for the after beach day clean up and a 2nd large laundry room on the mid level with a side load washer and dryer, a built in sink, and cabinets for storage. Roof top deck that extends from the front to the back of the home to see the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the bay. Dune protection plus private beach access.
House is fully equipped with all of the amenities needed for a beach vacation, including bedding, towels, fully stocked kitchen, kids amenities (high chair, 2 pack & plays, toys, jogger), Peloton bike, indoor games, beach gear (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach cart, toys), bikes (minimum of 4) and beach badges (10).

Policies
We strongly encourage RENTER to purchase Travel Insurance along with their reservation. A ‘Cancel for any Reason’ Travel Insurance Policy protects the RENTER’S investment in the event of unexpected and catastrophic events.
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% and security deposit will be due 45 days prior to arrival.

LBIs Best Kept Secret!
I’ve been vacationing on Long Beach Island for 25 years, staying in hotels, Airbnbs, and VRBOs, and I can confidently say this rental is the best on the island. Many homes that are rented out tend to be filled with cheap furniture, bare essentials, and little thought for comfort. This house, however, is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE.
The home is incredibly beautiful, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Every floor offers breathtaking views, and there isn’t a single room in the house that isn’t perfect.
We stayed in October, during the tail end of the “Local Summer.” The heated pool was still open, and every evening we enjoyed the cool breeze while sitting by one of the two fireplaces. (Who thinks you need a fireplace in a beach house? Trust me, you do! It was a small detail that made the space feel cozy and inviting.)
With multiple families on this trip, we frequently gathered on the top floor, which is both spacious and thoughtfully designed to bring everyone together. The best part is that each floor has its own independent living space, allowing people to relax, play a game, or enjoy some quiet time, while still having the option to come together as a group.
The house offers private beach access and all the equipment you’d need, including several bikes for guests to use. The kitchen is stocked with every tool and piece of tableware imaginable, perfect for hosting a beautiful gathering. Bobbi, the owner, has truly thought of everything.
This place felt like home from the moment we arrived. Every closet is fully stocked with linens, towels, and sheets, and each bathroom features high-quality, natural shampoo and conditioner. The attention to detail here is amazing.
We had a minor issue with one outlet, and Bobbi had someone there to fix it within an hour. She was not only fantastic with booking, paperwork, and communication, but also genuinely down-to-earth and invested in making sure our stay was special. I’ve stayed in many places where owners or property managers were difficult to deal with—this experience was the complete opposite.
I can’t sing enough praise about our trip or this house. If you book here, you won’t be disappointed. The elevator makes moving belongings between floors a breeze, and for older guests, it’s a huge convenience. Plus, the fact that this house is pet-friendly just puts it over the top as the best-kept secret on LBI.

The best home we've ever stayed in & the best host!
My family rented this house the week of my wedding in LBI and we cannot put into words how incredible the stay was! The house was absolutely stunning, it had every amenity imaginable, the views and beach were outstanding, and best of all - Bobbi, the owner, was hands down the best host. Bobbi went above & beyond to ensure our stay there was easy / enjoyable and was more than accommodating in so many ways. This house helped make our wedding week even more perfect. We would recommend staying here to anyone, and we can't wait to come back again! 10/10 experience across the board! Don't sleep on this place!

SIMPLY STUNNING!!!
We’ve rented many homes in LBI over the years but this home is truly special. Special because the owners don't approach it as a rental property. They approach it as their own home that they are opening to ‘friends.’ And that is how you’ll feel from the moment you step inside – like you are friends being welcomed into their home. It’s abundantly clear that every detail in this home was lovingly and thoughtfully chosen with comfort and enjoyment in mind. The décor in each and every room is stunning - as if out of a magazine! The kitchen is a dream, the primary bedroom suite must be seen to be believed, each additional bedroom and bath are resort-like and the views from the decks and Great room are tremendous. Owner was wonderful and quick to reply to any questions/concerns. We wanted for nothing the whole week. Loved everything about this home - I only wish we could have stayed longer but we will absolutely be back!

Great family vacation destination!
Superior home with beautiful views. Each room was perfection: clean, comfortable, well appointed, with attention to every detail. Elevator for anyone who cannot do the stairs; room for the family to cook together in the gorgeous, bright kitchen; comfortable beds and linens; pristine bathrooms; even lovely toys for my granddaughters to enjoy on our visit (thank you, Bobbi); and, walk out the back door, and your toes are in the sand. On a scale of 1-10... may I give it a15? Many thanks to the kind and responsive homeowner who allowed us the privilege of staying in her home. We hope to be back again!

A home worthy of HGTV
Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets surrounded wonderful family fun. A relaxing spot to watch and listen to the waves. Plenty of activities on the island for fun like mini golf and an arcade. Many of the kitchen basics in the pantry. Washer / dryer was a plus as was the dishwasher. Just wish there were more pots for cooking.

GREATEST RENTAL EVER
We rented the house for a week to spend Christmas with our family for the first time in so many years. We had a total of 3 families with 4 kids.
The rental EXCEEDED our expectations. It was beautiful, so clean, well designed, well taken care of and fully stocked with all the necessities that you might have forgotten or didn’t even think of.
The owner even drove to the house to set up a beautiful Christmas tree for our family on the 23rd..how thoughtful and so kind to do this during such a busy time.
I am so thankful for being a guest at their home. I am also so thankful for the generosity and thoughtfulness of the owners of this home. It seemed like every detail, amenity, piece of furniture, etc was to ensure that this home was comfortable and enjoyable for guests of all ages. I cannot thank them enough.
Our family truly enjoyed our stay. It was special and enjoyed by all due to all the loving touches that were provided in this home.

Beyond Expectations
I have vacationed on LBI for many years and this home has far exceeded any that I ever stayed at. It has great unobstructed views of the ocean on two floors. The house is a gem with beautiful decks having views so wonderful that even on less than perfect weather days you can still still enjoy watching the waves and enjoy the beauty of the ocean. My favorite part was the heated pool on the second floor deck. I was able to swim with a view of the ocean. The house is very tastefully decorated, super comfortable and very clean. It was the first time ever that I did not have to bring my own towels, sheets, etc. and I am now spoiled. I was able to enter the home and start my vacation right away without the added work of making the beds. I was living in luxury for the week. She provided lots of beach chairs, beach towels and toys. I could tell she truly wants her guests to enjoy their stay and will try and accommodate any requests to make your stay memorable.

Wonderful Property
My family and I spent a wonderful week in early September at this magnificent, awesome home. There are beautiful views of the ocean and the sunrise from two decks. Step out the back door to a wooden walkway onto the beach. As well as the house being beautifully furnished, the owner, Bobbi, has equipped this house with everything you need to have a great time.
Added bonus there is a walking path out the front door which leads to Beach Haven or walk/bike to the Natural Wildlife refuge at the end of Holgate. Also want to thank Bobbi for being so accommodating to me.
