If the RENTER cancels the reservation before the Check-in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. A Beautiful Home
We loved staying here. Noah is a fabulous host. Our stay was wonderful, even though the weather didn't cooperate. I rented the house to accommodate our families - 9 people. Everyone was very impressed. The hot tub and pool was lovely. And very convenient to restaurants. All in all - 18 thumbs up! Thank you Noah!

Bayfront Beauty!
This bayfront home is simply stunning. Outside feels like you are at a private resort with the pool, spa, beach with firepit, covered bar with television, two outdoor showers, cornhole, kayaks. You name it. This Beach Haven beauty has it! Inside, you can't take your eyes off of the extensive views and you always have a front-row seat to the amazing sunsets. I have been renting vacation homes for the past five years throughout LBI and this was by far the best.
To top it off, owner Noah was extremely helpful and accommodating. Don't hesitate to book it. You will love it.

Family Getaway
Our week spent here was perfect! We came down to the island for a family vacation, and this house was the perfect pick! There was plenty of space for our family, 16 people, and everyone really enjoyed the trip! It was a perfect home away from home trip since we live anywhere from 1-2 hours off the island. The views of the bay are gorgeous from any of the vantage points. There is also tons of different spaces where we didn't feel like we were on top of each other.
We brought paddle board and kayaks and enjoyed time in the bay, as well as time in the pool and spa. It was really great to be able to spend time in the pool in the beginning of October since it was heated and the weather wasn't too cool yet. We were able to make so many great memories!
Noah was a really great host too! Any questions that we had or if we needed anything he was always available. Our stay was so great we have already been talking about possibly renting this house again next year!
